Cacao Tree Café

First time here today. The staff were so inviting and gave suggestions on what to order. I loved the avocado toast with the spicy mayo. Very filling and fresh ingredients. Happy I stopped by this and will be back again!

Stopped in for the first time yesterday. Looking for a good option for food after my class got out and I was happy to find them. I got the southwest bowl, it was so big I took more than half home. The ingredients are fresh and tasted great! I can't wait to go back and make this my weekly Friday stop.

All I can say is WOW!! What an absolute gem in downtown Royal Oak. The service was exceptional and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amber, who is an absolute sweetheart. The cinnamon bun smoothie, and the soup that I ordered were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be a repeating customer after this amazing first visit.

Ok... stop what you're doing and go get yourself some OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD chocolate avocado pudding from CTC. It is the most refreshing dessert, that has all the healthy fats, but is equally creamy and dreamy. I was able to try a sampling while talking to Erin, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even make their own almond milk!! I sampled the pudding from their tent at the USA Wine and Food Fest so I haven't visited the storefront just yet but it is a cozy and quiet cafe tucked into Royal Oak and their menu offers many healthy options including salads, sandwiches/wraps, and smoothies! I will update my review soon once I check it out!

AMAZING. Best chickpea salad I've ever had! The soups were both delicious and the smoothies are so unique and fresh. Highly highly recommend Cacao Tree!

Great service, delicious raw vegan food. My friend got the General Tsao Salad and I got the quesadilla. All ingredients were fresh and well prepared. It was my first time doing a wheat grass shot. An experience I would recommend!

Whenever I'm feeling like I need a quick uber healthy meal, this is my Royal Oak go to. This time I had one of their soups, and a wheatgrass shot.

Salads are excellent: a good sized salad, fresh ingredients, good mix of vegetables. In short, a salad you actually want to eat. Soups are good too – I almost always try a soup of the day.

Can't visit Royal Oak without coming here for the best wheat grass shots ever! They are so healthy for you and I like the natural boost of energy. The store is so cute and everything is always fresh and clean.

I have been going to Cacao Tree Cafe for years. The food is truly outstanding; always colorful and very nutritious and my favorite plant based restaurant in Michigan. Great people and vibes make this a phenomenal spot not to miss.

I love their smoothies! I found the food to be very good and tasty. The portion size is large, I am able to eat some the next day. It is a little pricey, but to me it is worth it. Great place for Vegan food. I'm glad it's close and in the area. The staff has always been very nice.

They have the best soup I’ve ever had pretty much anywhere. They also have amazing smoothies. My favorite is the cherry bomb smoothie with apple juice instead of coconut milk. Also the people who work here are so kind and amazing people 🥰

The staff at Cacao Tree Café are some of the sweetest and kindest people you’ll meet!! The food is delicious- made with clean, organic ingredients. Southwest bowl, chickpea salad sandwich, and the cold brew smoothie are a must try.

Delicious and clean food! The staff was so nice and helpful. I ordered the southwest bowl and lentil tahini soup, which were both fantastic. I also purchased smoothies for my kids that they both loved! We will definitely be back.
