I love this store and customer service is always impeccable. But I do miss the Ann Taylor store and wish there was still one in Knoxville. I bought many clothes there over the years it was in west town mall. Turkey creek would be a great place to put an Ann Taylor.

Went in today for the first time since loosing 30 pounds. I needed more professional looking clothing. The ladies literally helped me with absolutely anything I needed. From getting different sizes to hand picking jeans for me since I am right in between plus and regular as well as on the edge of needing petite.(size 14. 5’4. Finding clothing is difficult). They made me feel so good in my own skin. Thank you. Thank you!

They have plus size and it's way better than lane Bryant or torrid. Also the staff is so nice and they always have new stuff coming in.
