Whenever the store is open, I always love when Devin(Dev) is at the window. His customer service and overall aura is SO welcoming, kind, and delightful. You don’t get much of that these days, so it’s sweet and refreshing. My favorite Starbucks in Lima because of him. The food and drinks are great too!

Whoever worked the drive thru speaker menu this morning was an absolute delight! I have never had someone so pleasant take my order! Kudos to you! Oh, and our coffees were perfect! Will definitely be back

Coffe, well made. Time, took longer than usual, but the wait improved the quality of my drink. Friendly service. Thanks for a great drink!

I’ve been going here 3-4 days a week the last few months. My food and drinks have been great. The service sometimes gets a little slow but no one wants to work. Even when there short handed all the employees are very nice and work there butts off. Thanks to all for there hard work!!

I always use the drive thru n if your confused on how to order, there very helpful at the ordering speaker. Just ask them for help.

I did not go inside so the atmosphere could not answer.
I tried the chocolate covered strawberry n it is delicious!!

Staff was great, our beverages were great and the place was nice and clean. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because I met clients there to talk and there was only 1 table that could facilitate 4 people in a private-ish fashion. I'll be back!

I have been to this location a few times since they have opened and each time my drink and food are exceptional! Service is wonderful. It starts my day off right :)
