Starbucks

Although all the Starbucks I've been to here in the Chattanooga area are great, this one has to be my favorite. I have become a regular as it is on my way to work, and some have even come to know me by name. The times I have just come to hang out it has always been peaceful, and the service has been quick. Even if it weren't on my way to work, I would still frequent this location!

Line moved quickly. Very friendly and helpful and easy going employees. 👍🏻 the iced vanilla oat milk shaken espresso is delicious! Very creamy and you can taste the toastedness and feel the marshmallow thick creaminess on your tongue and the roof of your mouth. Definitely a coffee bite with enough sweetness to level it out without being too sweet. I’m drinking it while lying in bed this rainy day while reading a book!

I love this location and all the workers. The other night, I pulled up about 3 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me like they had just opened.

Love Starbucks! Redeemed my birthday reward today for a free drink. I love the rewards system. Always earning points and free items for participating in weekly challenges. Food and coffee are always good. Staff is usually great.

The new Starbucks location in Dalton on that’s second with a drive - thru,on W.Walnut Ave. While it is still very new and quite popular so it tends to get quite busy at times, all of the staff is excellently trained and handles the rushes very well. I had been there at several different times a day. I have been there at several different times of day through different times of rushes and they’ve been able to get me in and out with the nice ease of experienced veterans getting my order right every time with the smile, you can’t asked for anything more than that!

Always great service and great food/drinks. I come here at least twice a day !

The drive thru workers are always awesome and thorough to make sure your order is correct :)

Hello, I just want to say Starbucks is just not about coffee ☕. I usually get the tea 😊. No pun intended for you coffee drinkers lol. The coffee is their foundation on building 🏢 a successful franchise. I however support them for their breakfast wraps. They are delicious 😋 omg. I want to start with the Spinach Feta, and Egg White. It's not only good , but good for you. This is for vegans lovers as well. Then there is the turkey 🦃 bacon 🥓 with cheddar 🧀 cheese, and eggs. This is high in protein. Depending on my activities I load up on both. Last , but not least a double smoke 🥓 bacon cheddar 🧀 cheese , and egg. The bacon is smoked 6hrs. This breakfast is the best meal for the day ! It gets me 🎽.Thanks 👍 . The customer service is great ! I'm not sure who this young lady is ? She is a game , but I don't know her name. She is on it, positively representing you guys. She greets you with an energized Good Morning 🌞 Sunshine. Not actually these words lol. It makes you feel really good. The offer to purchase other food items is so positive. It is presented in a way to make anyone spend more on food 🥑. Thanks for starting my day, and others off to a great start. I am sure you guys know who she is . I'm recommending her for a pay raise 💰. Very fast service! The barista was very helpful & knowledgeable of the menu.

Friendly people and fast service. There is a small outdoor sitting area that is very comfy and the traffic noise isn't too bad for good conversation. The street view is interesting with lots of action if you're sitting alone and want to enjoy the surroundings while you drink your coffee.

We literally just pulled out of the drive thru, where Melissa took our order. She is absolutely the sweetest and most upbeat person I’ve encountered in any drive thru from any company. This woman deserves all the kudos!

Susan is a gem, me and my husband come through pretty regularly and we love her customer service. Drinks are always accurate, and the line (no matter how long) moves quickly.

Awesome as always! This place never disappoints and I always leave feeling valued and appreciated. My daughters and I visit at least twice a week for “Our time.” The barista was so friendly and helpful answering my questions about the new Pistachio Latte. The coffee tastes great as always.
