20240327 I called before coming to pick up a Louisiana Been There mug. The young lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. Getting to this location was not easy, not just because of traffic, unless you are making a right turn into the Starbucks parking lot, it is impossible to left left. I took the risk of driving on the other side of the road in order to make the left turn. Fortunately, the other drivers were so nice and didn't honk. 🥰 As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 separate baristas. I was immediately helped. The baristas at this location are amazing! Especially since I stopped in a Starbucks in Mississippi hours before and they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Thank you for making me well so welcome!"

I love frozen coffee. But it was cold today. Since I'm no pro in ordering hot coffee I explained to the barista what I liked. She worked her magic (dressed in festive Halloween attire I may add) and got me exactly what I didn't even know I wanted! Thanks so much everything was great! Even the breakfast sandwich which was an impulsive buy, but needed and Delicious.

I had a rough day yesterday!
I never said a word about it. I guess the ladies in the drive thru could tell and they completely helped turn it around by just being kind! They handed me my coffee and told me they hoped my day got better! I truly appreciated it! 5 stars for amazing customer service And awesome attitudes! Thanks guys! ❤❤

Quick in and out my drink was right(with whip top and bottom as it's described in the menu) looked super pretty and my croissant was perfect.

Too bad I don't live on this side of town. When I entered the establishment I was greeted by every single associate. They prepared my order very quick and perfect. I have no complaints

The young lady working the drive thru made my day today. Was having a rough one and she absolutely turned my entire day around! Usually don’t come to this one but I’ll make the drive from now on.

I noticed the service here stood out vs other Starbucks. They didn't struggle with entering my usual order if Matcha green tea w/ just water, no creamer. They even asked what type of sweetener I preferred in contrast to other locations that assume to put the cane sugar. Overall, it tasted great, service was on point and I decided to take the time to share this for that little extra bit of service they went out their way for. Great job 👍

Staff is extremely nice and friendly, not near as annoying as other Starbucks I've visited. Very down to earth and cool. Service was very quick and the coffee was delicious. Great place to meet up with friends or take someone on a date. Right off the interstate exit makes it a convenient location.

Everytime I go through, my order is always amazing!. And I remember once I said my order but forgot to say no whip, well the lady there always knows it's me and remember I don't like whip! She got my drink with my drink with no whip!.

I went in asking for some extra syrup because the other store forgot to add it to my mobile order. They remade it no questions asked! Excellent service. Made my morning :)

The store is on a convenient spot and make great coffee and smoothies. Service was fast and accurate.

Always a great visit at this location. My specialty Frappuccino is always made correctly and the staff is friendly.

It was rebuilt after the flood and they did a great job. The employees were polite and there are plenty of spaces and tables to spread out and study or work. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi and the speed is good. The bathroom wasn't all that clean, but isn't this the case at every Starbucks so no surprise there. Overall a great place.

Great Starbucks. A little further than my usual one on Hwy. 16 but they were closed for remodeling. But glad I stopped in. Nice people. VERY friendly. I LOVE when they take the time to talk a little and get to know their customers. ESPECIALLY new ones. They got my orders EXACTLY PERFECT 😊 I did go back again. And will go back next time I get off the interstate there.

Very friendly service. Our girl at the drive thru was above and beyond in her job. I was asleep in the backseat and she went as far to make sure that I was ok and only sleeping. I thought she was perfect for the drive thru as a friendly employee.

Really wonderful staff and service. Friendly greeting when you walk in the door. These guys are great. Fast service and always right on point.
