I have had a great experience with U-Haul. DC cab has been great to work with. This experience, they drop the ball. Drove the trailer off the lot and we realized that we had a flat tire. Returned it and got a replacement. Got the trailer home started loading it and found that one tire only had 10 pounds of pressure (65 normal) and that the safety chain was ground through. Aired the tire ourselves and held for our 500+ mile trip.
