The smoothies have always been tasty and refreshing at Tropical Smoothie. But recently I tried their wraps and sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful taste.

I went to this location today and it was amazing. Greg and Mack were on staff. I made my order online and there was an error where my phone deselected the option for an ingredient in my smoothie. Greg stated he would remake the smoothie. I misunderstood the statement so went to my car to head to work. Greg ran to my car before I was able to pull off and provided clarity to my misunderstand. Going above and beyond to even offer to bring the remade smoothie to my car. To say good service is an understatement! The service is fabulous with these two gentlemen on staff! Thank you both so much for all the help and exceptional service you showed me today. The Beach Bum and Sante Fe quesadilla were delicious. Keep up the amazing work!

They must have new employees since the other reviews because they’re good! The manager remade a smoothie I was getting for my mom who is sick and went above and beyond and gave me one too! He was great, did everything well including balancing out the drink carrier, and had the friendliness of a chick fil a employee! :)

If you like healthy food, go here. If you are Vegan, go here. I’m a vegetarian and always replace the meat with Plant based. This is my go-to place now.

One of my favorite places to eat and get a great smoothie. Açaí berry boost is my all time favorite!!

I like the Avocalado and the Island Green Smoothies when I go here. They're very good!

First off, I wouldn't listen to any bad reviews on here (especially if they look like a 3rd grader who was held back twice attempted to write it...................)

Anyways, this place is great. The smoothies are ALWAYS perfect and made very quick. The staff is always friendly and it's a nice place to get away for a few minutes on lunch break.

Today I ordered their fish tacos for the first time, and OH MY GOD, amazing. I think Wes made them...they were good enough for me to call and let them know they did a great job!! :) :)

I ordered something online this morning, but when I arrived the store was closed. The GM ended up calling me to apologize and offered to refund my order, or make me another order tomorrow morning. He ended up calling me again tonight to apologize again, and to send him a screenshot of my order so he can make it tomorrow. That is true customer service and such a great general manager.

Food is delicious well-made, Limitless combinations for smoothies Staff well trained and efficient. courteous and friendly. Takes me back when services as Tropical smoothie go out of their way to serve and appreciate your business. Prices are reasonable, but I would pay more for services and quality such as he's.

Never had a problem with this location. Great food and fantastic smoothies. I am a little concerned about the mental health of the employees though, they always seem so depressed!

Very delicious! Even though they have theor own menu options of smoothies they still were willing to make my smoothie with the EXACT ingredients I preferred. They staff is friendly and very helpful to new customers. Did I mention they have great prices!

Yes I was craving some ice & I knew that Tropical Smoothie has the best soft crunchy ice!! The young lady there was just so nice to me and gave me some ice!! Lol lol
The menu has changed again there is always something NEW TO ENJOY! The food was very fresh & tasty. Customer Service is ALWAYS GREAT!

This was my first time coming here. I’ve had their smoothies before whenever a rep brought them to my job (always delicious, btw), but I’ve never gone myself. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla kids’ meal with an avacado smoothie, and it was great! The staff was super nice, too.

As someone who isn't a big fan of smoothies or the health craze, I still enjoy this place because the people are polite and they actually have a great selection of salads, sandwiches, and flatbreads. I usually get the loaded spinach salad, which has spinach, Gorgonzola, bacon, peaches, candied pecans, and a vinaigrette.

They are also very willing to modify menu items. For example, I usually get that salad with ranch instead of the vinaigrette. Super nice people and great prices!

Hands down, Tropical Smoothie is the best smoothie you can get in Birmingham. They are never watered down and always full of fresh fruits and veggies! Yum!

I love this place! I wish I could give them a 10. Smoothies are always good. And the customer service is Excellent
