Please give a man name Quan a raise! He is great! I am a 76 year old white lady and he has a wonderful personality! I asked his name today when I went through! I told him that he really made my day last week when I came through! His personality was so sweet and I haven’t forgotten him being so nice! Train all your workers to be friendly! It means a lot to us when we are there!

Actually for the 1st time the steak bagel was done correctly but screwed up my coworkers meal so typical McDonald's

The Hoover McDonald's has completely changed since I last ate there. The 2 young men running the drive-in last night were absolutely amazing. I got my order hot and right and even a smile and a laugh from these two guys. They deserve the highest rating as they have made significant changes to the drive-through and we're absolutely accommodating and every way. I will definitely. The customer service was above & beyond. I was even called by name.

Breakfast egg McMuffin was very good. First McDonald's I've visited that did not have an order counter. All order must be through the app or the terminal inside.No smileing face to great you.

Service was on point. Food was warm. Drive-thru, even though crowded, was quick and could understand the person on the speaker which is ALWAYS a bonus!!

Clean design with plenty of power outlets. Decent coffee. Service with a genuine smile was fast and efficient.

A lot of times we are so quick to write a bad review, so I wanted to be just as quicker writing a good review. I ordered a 10pcs nugget meal, the food was delicious hot and fresh! The young Man that took my order had great people skills along with the young lady who gave me my order. I wanted to show some love to the staff. I know during these times things can be a little frustrating being short staff, also dealing with not so nice customer everynow and then. I wish I could have even you all 10 stars!!! God bless.

Mobile order ... made accurately, ready immediately, friendly service and excellent food quality today.

While using the mobile order feature at night has always been a challenge at this location. Morning shift is what this review is about. My days and nights are off some weeks and I like a cheese burger at 8am. The lady always at the first window is so customer oriented. She is nice through the speaker and at the window. I’m not sure what he name is but she will give you a great start to the morning! We need more of her.

It was good. Nothing was missing except for the extra pickles requested on my daughters cheeseburger. Actually there weren't any at all. But no biggy.

The ladies here who tale my order almost everyday are short handed but they do get you through the drive thru in a good time and ive never had my order messed up

The moment i walked in the service was friendly and very nice. I was welcomed and while ordering the lady suggested i slightly change my order to save money and get more. 5 stars 2 thumbs up

Stopped in here for breakfast one morning as we were heading to Florida. This is the cleanest Mc Donald's I have ever been to and the staff was so incredibly nice! We were very pleasantly surprised by the service and quality of food we received here. My little neice accidentally spilled her milk and it literally went everywhere! One of the ladies working came over and brought her a new milk and immediately mopped up the mess all the while telling her how it was okay and accidents happen. Our food was all fresh and hot as well. I can't say enough nice things about this location.

Quick service. Tried their new high dollar double bacon cheeseburger. It was very good. I could barely finish which is rare I usually like two get sandwiches where ever I go but just this one did the job. Best quality ground beef I've had at a fast food joint. But you do pay for it. They put something crunchy in there which I think is an onion rings. These onion rings were a little over done so that was the only down side to this McDonald's visit but not worth taking a star away.

I just sat at the ordering speaker for what felt like a lifetime. No one said anything. Finally I said “hello is anyone there?” Still no response. Then out of nowhere (as I’m about to call the store phone number) I hear, “order when you’re ready.” Umm.. ok? Lol. I placed my order. Still do not hear anything. For at least a minute or 2. I get to the window and Ms. Desiree tells me I’m sorry I couldn’t hear you what did you want? I give her my order and pay all whilst she complains about not being 3 people. pull forward. Frustrated but understand Desiree is overwhelmed. Jasmines smile is the only thing that made my experience better. Good job Jasmine! Smiles increase your face value and I appreciated it so much. Keep up the good work. Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a big difference despite adversity. Y’all had better cut that sausage biscuit in half like I asked lol jk jk. Peace!

Good clean restaurant an friendly staff. I got my order fast an it was actually correct hot an fresh. I can't say that for alot of McDonald's. I would be glad to go back again
