Everyone at this Starbucks is so polite. It was very refreshing to see employees being so courteous and polite and look like they actually enjoy their job.

Don’t ever go to this location! Upon placing my order and pulling to the window, I handed the nice gentleman my card to pay (35.00 for 3 drinks!) I’m ok with spending that much as long as they are good drinks. Well I verified that there wasn’t be whip on them and the RUDE barista making the drinks( didn’t catch her name but I saw she was a taller woman, long dark hair, said very rudely when he reminded her of the whip “did he tip?” Now I’m sorry is it any of her business if I tipped or not? NO! She needs to stay in her lane, make My drinks and keep her comments to herself! I wasn’t given the option to tip in the first place. She needs to be knocked off of her high horse and learn to be humble and grateful she has a job. It’s people like her that make people refuse to go to certain places ever again! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER mgmt about her lovely comment. Maybe she can go work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. I know I would never want her to fix ANYTHING of mine with that nasty snotty entitled attitude!

Made a pit stop in Starbucks during a road trip and the staff was AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming. Offered us places to visit in the area as well as along our road trip.

Really friendly employees! My daughters got beverages - one tasted like muffins, the other like pink. I've got to tell you - Starbucks!

The coffee was really good I got the caramel brulee in a blueberry muffin everything was good and customer service was so nice the lady was so pleasant and such Pleasant atmosphere

You know I love me a good Starbucks moment and this is right next to my work so it's even more convenient the workers and there are so nice. The building itself needs help but the actual service and drinks and food and everything is on par.

Didn't order any food but Caramel Cappuccino Frapp was on point. Great way to relax with a cool coffee drink in the afternoon. Great customer service and seemed many folks came into this Starbucks and knew the staff. Enjoy your next order.

Fantastic, clean, and friendly. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked into the location. Even though I had ordered to the wrong location they remedied the situation for me and were very kind and generous about it even though it was my mistake.

Got my usual vanilla soy latte, and it’s the strongest latte I’ve ever had from Starbucks, but I’m not upset about it 😂 I like when my coffee tastes like coffee!

What make the difference in this Starbucks is the workers really nice one and the music . They have the best latin playlist ever

Great drive thru experience! Energetic employee who also got my dog a pup cup and spoke to my dog! Love this location next to my office. ☕❤

Took my family through the drive thru on Saturday morning. The guy taking orders and the guy handling the window are both fantastic! Customer service is dying and the way chain restaurants are handing their patrons is pathetic these days. However, the 2 guys working this starbucks show there is hope, they are 2 of the best I have seen in a very long time, keep it up!!

I have just recently started going to this Starbucks. I have been very impressed with the level of customer service at this location. A gentleman who works mid morning already knows my name. He is so kind!! And the lady who helped me today is so bubbly and she treats everyone like you are her best friend!! In a world where customer service sometimes is lacking, it is so refreshing to see it being displayed in every level at this location.

Do yourself a favor and head over to this location, best starbucks around! Never had a wrong order, staff are so friendly and helpful. Jordan is awesome to talk to in the drive through! Please be courteous when they’re busy, they seem to get through long lines the best out of all hoover and adjacent locations!

I placed a pick up order on the app. I went through the drive through, gave my name and pulled fwd realizing i forgot to order something. I asked about it at the window feeling bad bc this would slow down their efficiency of getting cars moved through the line. They were out of what I meant to order so I changed it, they were out of that, so I chose something a 3rd time, which they had in stock. I apologized for being "that person" ordering at the window🤦‍♀. She was VERY GRACIOUS!! We laughed about it! Thank you Starbucks for training baristas to put up with us(public) in a gracious manor😃 BE KIND TO YOUR BARISTA! And if your order isn't right... BE GRACIOUS about it!
