Starbucks

This store was out of Strawberry Acai which is my favorite drink but Kendall told me a whole new drink that she made which I believe it was something to do the passion tea lemonade and strawberry puree. It was so good and now my new favorite! She's also super sweet! You can definitely tell she loves and cares about her job and the people around her. She's like a little ball of sunshine. She is always complementing my outfit or something of mine. There's a few other girls there that are super nice as well just don't remember their names. This store is great with their employee choices. 👏 keep it up everyone!

Shout out to CJ (I hope that's his name) at the Rice Lake Starbucks! This location seems to be going through employees and managers fairly quickly, I almost never see the same people twice. He is the only employee I have personally noticed consistently working and working hard for many months now, not to say there couldn't be more... Many times CJ is working circles around co-workers, sometimes performing multiple tasks, while they dilly dally or mill about doing nothing. The whole time he has a positive, upbeat customer service oriented attitude. I don't know this guy, but he deserves a round of applause and some kind of reward for being a hard working dedicated employee Starbucks! Your customers notice employees that regularly give exemplary service! I hope someone of importance sees this and takes notice as well!

Starbucks seriously DO you want a place to hang out in with a super cool atmosphere, with a great Decor, clean, AMAZING Staff, and fast service... you must stop in here!

Always get the same order, and the drink comes out amazing every time. Starbucks has a customer for life.

Easy drive thru mid-morning Janesville close to XpressWay. Breakfast sandwiches and hot cider yumm.

Drink and breakfast sandwich was amazing. Wasn't able to order online and pick up so I had to go through the drive thru but it moved quickly.

The girl with the black hair with a bandana and a small infinity tattoo on the inside of her wrist is so sweet! She does her job well and even helped us work around the menu for things that were not available. Awesome!

CJ made a fantastic iced mocha 10 minutes before close! All the staff tonight were super friendly and welcoming even though it was so close to quitting time. It’s a shame they’re going to start closing at 7:30 pm:(

I've been twice now & enjoyed my coffee. They are still out of almost everything & drive thru can get backed up quickly but the staff has excellent customer service! Great addition to Rice Lake!

As expected if you go in and place an order it takes long for them to make it drive thru is priority so if you don't have time for just do drive thru. Otherwise I was very happy for the service and give a ✋ for the staff on there first day great job.

Clean bathrooms, nice patio with umbrellas, about 7 tables inside. Everyone was very nice!

Awesome baristas and very welcoming!

The baristas are so sweet at this location! They happily took my customized order and were so nice when I got my coffee at the window.

Even though they are out of everything the staff is awesome and really trying hard with such a crazy opening week. Just prepare to be a little patient and I'm pretty sure it will all smooth out in coming weeks.

It's starbucks. The people are friendly, even when they're swamped.

Tim is super wonderful! Always so friendly when I go in for my morning coffee! Makes my whole day!
