What a hidden gem in my small town!!! . Absolutely amazing food . The potato soup I'm the bread bowl is literally 11/10. The food is very fresh and the staff is super nice. 10/10 most definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a bite if you haven't already..

Phenomenal bread bowl of Cajun chicken and andouille sausage chowder!!! The cheeser with ham was excellent with great service!!

Was intrigued by the name! Glad I went. Had a big wonderful-tasting rueben sandwich on marbled rye. Piled high with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss and sauce. Magnificent!! Served with a bag of kettle chips. Great atmosphere. The waitresses were sweet, friendly and very cheerful. They have on-line and phone-in carry out.
Will DEFINITELY go again!

Today we stopped in and got Beef barley soup and Ty’s Cobb salad. This is a peaceful environment with indie vibes. A healthy stop for a day in Alpena. Soups change throughout the week with the option of getting a bread bowl. They also have a variety of hot teas.

Went to a baby shower today that you catered, outstanding food! The wraps (roast beef with horseradish) was my favorite! The potato soup was outstanding! The salads too.
Would definitely recommend 💯

I have been hesitant to try Blue Moon because I loved the Take5 deli that was here previously. It was actually my favorite lunch spot in Alpena.
Well let me tell you that you shouldn't wait like I did because I just had an outstanding lunch. The turkey spinach artichoke on rye and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup is a definite must!
I am pleased to say that I definitely have my new favorite lunch spot back!

Nice lunch place. Fresh sandwiches, salads, homemade soups. Everything fresh & healthy. Staff friendly, responsive, can tell they work hard to make good food, clean place. Will come back.

We love this place so much and so happy to see them in business here! Unique, local, NOT chain fast food so it’s not for everyone. I love the clean eating feel here. We’ve been looking for something like this in Alpena for a long time!!

Fast and friendly service. Cheaper than Applebee's for lunch. Happy to support local and have delicious food. Will be sure to return!

First visit and was delicious. We had the beef teriyaki burrito, tomato bisque, and turkey panini.

Was visiting my hometown. Had lunch there. The food was excellent. Staff were friendly. Will be back again.

Food is good, service is fast. I'm from out of town and this is one of my go-to spots when I'm here. Will definitely continue to return.

Met a friend for lunch; excellent food with lots of menu choices. Portions were large so I took home leftovers. Fairly priced; cool vibe inside & friendly staff. I’ll definitely be returning to try something different and can’t wait to go on ramen day!

Tried it after it's conversion from the Take 5 Deli. Good food, unique menu with some standard fare as well. Happy!

Thai Chicken burrito was excellent! Highly recommend and hope to be back!

This is my favourite place to go for lunch on a busy day. The food is freshly made and the ingredients are top notch.
I've had the Cobb salad, Cuban sandwich, and bahn mi burrito. All of those were delicious. The salad had plenty of vegetables and the sandwich wasn't greasy. The only thing I would recommend is putting hoison sauce somewhere on the bahn mi burrito. I was missing that while I was eating. Otherwise, it was delicious.

Many people have recommended the ramen but I haven't tried it yet. Keep it up Blue Moon. We need more places like this in town.

10/10 recommend to anyone! Food is fabulous - not your typical fast food you find around here, fair prices and the staff is very warm & welcoming. Love this little place!

best bread bowl i’ve ever had!!!! ordered online and they packaged my soup separately from the bread so it didn’t get soggy… and they give you the top!! will definitely be coming back

Thank you for always making my favorite caprese 'dilla for me! I've never shared, I had mouth cancer and eating is a struggle for me. To find this, in a thin form that fits into my struggled mouth is a joy!! You make my day every time! It feels so nice to feel like a normal person eating 🤗 Thank you so much!!!!!!
