NOMZ - Restaurant & Bar - Akron, OH

Food was amazing!! Staff was decent They forgot our potatoes, but we got them after asking. The Atmosphere would have been great if we didn't receive so many dirty looks from the other Guests. It was obvious they don't enjoy being around people of color. We visited from out of town so that was a huge surprise. We'd visit again because the vegan chick'n club and vegan croissant sandwich was amazing!!

I have been to NOMZ twice now and both times the food was amazing! It’s in this super cute market district area with other vendors/shops and it right next to a few other restaurants. Everything is made fresh to order and I believe it is also locally sourced.

The other great part is their bar! We came on a Saturday and were luckily able to find seats (normally packed). Cheyenne was our bartender, and she was nothing but nice, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

My sister and I ordered the blueberry lemonade, which was amazing! I highly recommend it! We also ended up having a round of mimosas because they were buy one get one free.

I ordered the egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon ($14) and It was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, hands down. My sister ended up ordering the baked Brie, which she loved!

All in all - NOMZ has a great atmosphere, amazing food, top notch workers and overall just a fun vibe. I highly recommend it if you haven’t been yet! I recommend going when it’s nice out so you can also walk around.

We were fortunate enough to enjoy a delicious breakfast here yesterday on Mother's Day. We each ordered a Bloody Mary then went with the buy one get one free mimosa special. Such a great deal and our pineapple mimosas were very good! My ham and cheese egg'wich was so big and absolutely delicious as were the breakfast potatoes. The staff were all so friendly! The jazz band was so good! What a treat to listen to such talented artists! Made Mother's Day so special for me!

I had the vegan black bean burger 🍔 and I was well made. I also, tried a few of the sodas and it was VERY different 🥴. The waiter Charlie and bartender was very accommodating and welcoming.

Wow! The Turkey Mostrata sandwich was absolutely delish! And the veggie soup was very flavorful. My companion like her food as well. The only downside was that our food took about 20 minutes to come out and it wasn't busy. I would definitely go there again but not if I had a time constraint. My sandwich was $14 (didn't come with chips or anything) and my cup of soup was $4.50. Free fruit infused water at the bar was a nice perk. It was fun to wander around the little shops that are in the same building too.

Third time here today, and I have been nothing but happy leaving! The only thing better than the food is Shianna’s Espresso Martini. Bogo deals and good view. It’s really the whole package. Definitely will be back!

I'm so happy we decided to take a walk from our hotel to see what was around. Immediately walking into Nomz we were greeted by Charlie, who was not only friendly and welcoming but knowledgeable and helpful! The food was delicious and we enjoyed playing tic tac toe with the kids. I also loved that they had complimentary orange/mint infused water. Next time we are in Akron we will definitely be back!

I found Nomz on google yesterday searching for vegan good near me. Seen their menu online an had to go check it out. Although i was a little lost finding the location, once found I loved the atmosphere an design of the inner restaurant. I have been a vegan for 13 years and missed BLT which they had a vegan version so it was my first time eating a BLT in that long and it was so dam good I can't wait to go back and get another one, I also got the black bean tacos because everything on the menu looked amazing, I figured I'd take it to go and eat later, but after trying it I couldn't put the taco down until they was all gone. Thank you for such good food and offering someone with a diet like mine such variety and taste! THE TINTMAN APPROVED 👌🏽🤟🏽👍🏽💪🏽🔥

The staff here was amazing! I ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich & oh my goodness was it absolutely delicious! Chef Maddie made my food & it was so good I got another one. Definitely will be coming back.

Our breakfast was amazing! The best was the vegan croissant sandwich - so decadent and delicious especially the rice paper bacon and whatever sauce they use. The bloodymary cocktails were hand crafted and excellent. The service was very slow but it was an enjoyable wait.

Okay... I'm obsessed! I'll be honest I had no idea this place existed until last week. This astounds me because I'm always looking for new options near me. I'm vegan and I'm always on the hunt for a good sandwich... And most of all a good breakfast sandwich! It's pretty hard to find one around here that isn't just bread with some fake meat. I was floored when I stumbled across the menu for NOMZ... So many vegan options! The interior of the building as well was something I did not expect at all and ended up being very pleasantly surprised. It's very large, a beautiful bar in front of a window that overlooks a valley... It truly is beautiful. I tried the breakfast croissant and it was a 10 out of 10. I can't wait to go back and get it again! Although I will admit next time I'm tempted to try all three of their breakfast sandwiches because they all sound great. They have so many different kinds of events too. I highly recommend this spot and there is plenty of parking within walking distance.

Had a fantastic meal! The food was absolutely amazing. I had the vegan brunch sandwich that is on an everything bagel. Their vegan bacon was pretty cool; a good texture. Bethany helped us out. She was very pleasant and cheerful. Bethany also made some suggestions of options for my friend that has celiac and needs gluten free food.
Then a huge rush came in. There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it! Will definitely stop by the next time I'm in the area.

The breakfast sandwiches here were AMAZING. I had the brioche sandwich and was so impressed, the quality of each ingredient and the overall taste was phenomenal.I will definitely be back to try their other offerings.

Had an amazing experience at Nomz! My husband and I each shared a breakfast sandwich which was absolutely delicious! Not to mention to Shelby and Amelia made the most fantastic iced caramel macchiatos and provided the best service!

Absolutely loved my experience at NOMZ! Shiana, my bartender, was fantastic - she was incredibly friendly and made sure my Moscow mule was quality made. Speaking of which, the drinks here are top-notch! The brioche sandwich I ordered was also incredibly delicious - I highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear about the special events going on, including the Moscow mule being half off. It's clear that the staff at NOMZ really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience.

I won a contest and one of the things I won was to have a sandwich named after me. "The Honka Csonka" I stopped in with a few of my friends to try the sandwich out and Charlie hooked us up, it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. And we will definitely be back for more!!!!

Um, more please! 😍 so delicious! We frequent here quite often and I have never been disappointed! I had the burrito, minus the tortilla 😏 The owners were very accommodating and offered to put the inners on potatoes. The cilantro flavor was perfect. Yum! The man had the croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon AND ham. (Yes you can have both!) the little really wanted one of their amazing waffles, but they did not have them today. She opted out for her favorite go to the grilled pb and j. The chip dip is also delish! Thanks again Cassandra and Sam. Always a treat when we come eat!

My friend and I came in today. Cheyanna made our drinks and they were DELISH!! Charley made our food and brought it to us. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and very helpful. I ordered the masala salad with chicken and it was so good. My friend got the broccoli sub and let me have a bite and it was delicious too. Would DEF recommend this place!

Great place to stop for vegans! Fast service and wonderful people! Charlie was awesome and personable. I had a wonderful time here and will be stopping in next time I’m in town!
