Starbucks

We come here from time to time with my wife and sometimes with friends and is always a good time, enjoyable and relaxing with only one exception. There was a day when in this Starbucks a lady was screaming, shouting and flanking knives around trying to scare people. 😱 The cops got her but it appears they released her because probably she has some kind of mental instability. Hope she gets better.

I love the new remodel to the store when it comes to the re-done drive thru area and outside patio. The only thing I don't like, but can understand from a owner/managerial standpoint is the lack of seating inside the store, and the food cooler scrunched down to a quarter of it's original size. If the drive thru is 75 to 80 percent of your revenue over inside dining, I can completely agree to the priority focus of making that area better obviously for employee performance that transitions to a swift drive thru performance. While it doesn't feel.. balanced, I still understand.

Overall, kudos to the owner, well done. She is a very nice lady from what I've heard (need more owners like her) and the staff here exemplifies that. They go through hell serving this areas customers and still manage a smile.

P.S. On a silly note.... psss! can we have the big table back at least? 😅

Clean environment, efficient and fast service. They make the drinks tasty and the orders correct. I go almost everyday. Shout out to the staff that’s always smiling and welcoming, even when it’s super busy.

Definitely think they need more staff or a faster way of doing things. Loved the caramel hot chocolate, blueberry muffin wasn't too bad, and I bought the offer items for coworkers..

I’m writing the review because I had the best experience today. My husband and I absolutely love the Apple Crisp oat milk. The last few weeks, the drink hasn’t been anything special. So today I ended up ordering something different for myself. The barista handed me my husband’s Shaken Oat milk Apple Crisp first. Of course I took a sip and afterwards wished I had ordered the same. I walked up and Aili was the barista. I told her “maybe it’s no big deal to some, ‘it’s just coffee’ but this is really the best Apple Crisp. Thank you.and I know my husband is going to enjoy it too.” She was super sweet. I got home and my husband literally said it about three times how good his coffee was this time. So writing this review just felt right. Starbucks is lucky to have Aili- she is an asset and restored my confidence in my favorite drink! :)

I just walked in and everyone was all smiles. They made me feel really special. 🥰

I just left this location and when I tell you it was a wonderful experience it definitely was! If I was having a bad day, they would’ve brightened my day! The gentleman came on the speaker and was sooo happy and friendly I loved it! I wish I would’ve gotten his name but keep up the great work guys!

Vanilla Latte and an Iced Pumpkin Spice latte is our go-to in the fall. It's always great to have someone truly greet and engage - Aili brightened up the day.

Drive thru was super fast , customer service was excellent , one of the most efficient Starbucks in west palm beach

So diligent when taking my order. I thought my muffin to warm up was taking 20 minutes but to my surprise it had been sitting on the counter a while. Even when it was crowded all the employees worked like a great team. 5 out of 5 ❤

Awesome location! Used to come here almost every morning and the staff in the morning is so cheerful and friendly. Today I received an awful service there was a single car in front of me and the girl that was taking care of window didn’t greet me or anything so I decided to go to the window because I’ve never been to a single Starbucks location in which I haven’t been acknowledge and greeted properly. But that is not going to stop me from giving 5 stars. Namaste ♎

This location is my favourite, the best customer service and they make my drinks perfect every time. Sometimes there’s a long line at the drive through, but you can imagine why! They’re amazing. I’ve dined in here, but mainly use the drive through

I’m always getting the Iced Shaken Expresso. It’s one of my favs.

Honestly the best Starbucks. I ordered a tea and honey packets fully expecting to have to put the honey in myself and the wonderful baristas had already put the honey in! I know it's small, but y'all made my day!

One of the slowest Starbucks I've been to and it's consistently slower. But it's a Starbucks so everything is exactly what you expect!

Super fast drive thru no matter what time of day it is. I’ve been to this location over 50 times and not once have they messed up my order. Edwin in the drive thru is amazing and the manager (I didn’t catch her name) is super sweet. You can tell they are genuine and care about making your morning better.
