Cycle Gear

I went to the store to browse the helmets. This was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised at the merchandise selection! I especially want to say thanks for the women’s riding gear. Even though the selection was limited, it was nice to see any at all. My only suggestion would be to please add more women’s gear that is colorful. Black is too hot and does not show our colorful personalities.

Most prices were less than I expected. Others were what I’d expect to pay anywhere.

The young men helping me were very good at their jobs. The man helping me with my helmet choices actually explained his own preferences for helmets from the “safety and construction of helmets” perspective.
And he did this without talking down to me because I am a woman! Very refreshing!

It was a very positive experience and I will return.

The fella that helped me was excellent. The place was recommended by a good friend. I will certainly be coming to Cycle Gear.

Always great service with a smile. Very helpful with the things that I am looking for. They help me with fitting with helmets an very thorough with explaining with whatever I am buying at the time. Always love this place. I have been coming here for awhile. Definitely worth the drive

Been to the chattanooga store several times and ordered online several times. Very pleased with the experience of all my purchases. Recently bought a tire and they had it changed within a hour when they was busy.

Ian was very helpful. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and he pointed me in the right direction. I will definitely tell everybody I know that needs anything for the ride that they need to go see the guys at cycle gear. I wish there were more stores like cycle gear in our area.

I'm just learning about bikes and all the gear I need. Planning on taking the class later this year. So went in here with a friend about a month or two ago and George was extremely helpful, knowledge and patient with my friend and I as we are learning. He gave us great info, answered our many questions and was very friendly. Even after we told him we were just getting info that first time and would be back to buy. So went back recently to finally start purchasing some items and again George was awesome. I got my new helmetand talked more gear with him.

Even though I only worked with George everyone in the store was very friendly while we were there. I highly recommend this shop and will be purchasing all my gear from them.

Cycle gear is fantastic. Store staff are top notch and very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping out. Bike night events are enjoyable and a great event for the biker community.

Guys in there were super helpful and friendly. Had no problems joining around. Were fairly priced and helped me with financing. They even stayed open later to help me out. Great guys in there I highly recommend for your motorcycle/ motoX needs

Everyone was so nice. We drove from Birmingham, AL to get what we needed because it wasn't available in our town. We called that morning, they held our Hotwired until we got there 3 hrs later. Thanks to all in that store. I know it takes a team effort and those guys were awesome!

As soon as I walked into the store, the gentleman at the counter was asking if I needed help. I was on my way to get my first bike, so I needed gloves and an armor jacket. He explained the difference's. At checkout, he applied a first time buyers discount and my military discount. No complaints from my experience.

Travis is WONDERFUL! Every time I come in there, he ALWAYS gets exactly what I need and answers all my million and one question! He definitely goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! All the guys in there are always AMAZING too!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I ordered a pair of tires. When they came in, I took one wheel in to have the tire changed. They did a good job and only took a few minutes.

This store has a great selection of gear with a very helpful and friendly sales staff. I called to see if they had what I was looking for. When I arrived they had everything set aside and ready for me to try on. Great experience!

I bought a pair of riding boots. All of the staff was very helpful. They helped me pick out the correct style boots and size. Very friendly service.

Got the helmet I never knew I wanted. The employees were betting how long it would last on the shelf and it didn’t last long. I received so much help finding gear! Over $800 later I am so happy I chose last minute to make the drive to Cycle Gear! I will be back very soon 😃
