I bought a GS from Pandora's because I was told the after sales service is good and so far it has been. It's night and day compared to any other dealership I've been to. Very nice place to purchase from.

I was in the area visiting family and riding dirtbikes. Somehow I lost a strap out of my boot on the first day of riding into a 3 day ride. The parts guy I talked to said he could have the strap in a few days but that was when I was leaving to come home. He then offered to sell me his strap from his personal pair of boots so I could have a fully functional boot. It also happened to be around lunchtime when I was at the shop and he recommended an excellent restaurant. Above & beyond service and I was very thankful for his kind gesture.

I dropped my bike off a few days before Christmas for some warranty work the guys called me on Thursday to let me know it was ready. I picked it up Friday morning strapped it down and pulled out of the parking lot. When I pulled out my cheap home Depot strap let go and my bike smashed the side of my trailer. Being more than disappointed in myself I went back inside and priced parts to replace what I had just destroyed. West came out and checked out all the damage and then proceeded to help calm me down . Word quickly got around the shop as to what had happened and they were able to save me a bunch of $$$ on the parts I needed to fix my bike . Thanks so much to all of the Pandora team I will definitely be purchasing another bike from them !!!!!

Just bought a new Beta 390 RS from Pandora's over the weekend, trading in my Husky I bought from a local Knox multiline dealer that was horrible. Drove just over 2hrs from Knoxville to do business with Pandora's. HIGHLY recommend....why = the dealership experience [finance office] was super simple/quick, no Finance add-ons were pushed on me, bike was as described, trade in allowance was very satisfactory. Pandora's is trying to earn my business long term by demonstrating they're committed to their customer satisfaction and offered a very fair trade, better than the original Knox multiline selling dealer. Follow up texts, friendly Parts & Service folks and a stellar product offering! True bike store and not a SxS dealer with a few bikes. Cool!

They earned my loyalty. Pricing was even with market and that's okay.....that's only one variable. Do not undervalue dealer support after the sale!! I had a very small issue that the service team was able to resolve over the phone to prevent me driving 4hrs round trip....even offered to pick up the bike if needed. That....now THAT is a committed dealership! Just very much appreciated! Refreshing! Cool!

Excellent dealer to do a trade with. Handled the initial negotiations over the phone then rode from out of state to make the trade.

Ended up lowering their trade offer once I was there but I knew there were probably things about my bike that I hadn't noticed so I wasn't surprised.

Chris was an excellent salesman, and every member of the team I interacted with was great and friendly. I apologize for not getting everyone's name, I was too focused on the new bike obviously!

I have to say, after riding motorcycles for over 40 years, that this has to be one of the best (if the not the BEST) dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. I have not purchased a motorcycle from Pandora's yet; but my experience with the service department was exceptional. I picked up a new Ducati Scrambler over the winter while traveling for work. After riding for about 3 weeks, I noticed a small oil leak on the pad where I park. I contacted the Ducati dealership located nearby (Birmingham) but, before I could even explain the problem, I was interrupted with the question of "where I had purchased?" I told the service technician that it was a brand new motorcycle under full warranty & he explained that, "I would have to wait 4-6 weeks". I then called Pandora's, spoke to Holden who allowed me to explain my problem & he said, "sure bring on by & would be glad to look at". I did, drove the extra 100 miles, when I arrived I met Terry who was exceptionally professional & courteous. He had my bike unloaded before I knew it & quickly solved a very simple problem. Also, while I was waiting Stephen put me on a new Tiger which I enjoyed riding thoroughly. Botton line, if have to drive a few extra miles, drive to Pandora's. You will be completely satisfied.

Steven and Christian are the best to work with at Pandora. I have bought two R1250RT's from them and they were great. Delivery to Birmingham was great both times. Don't hesitate to put your trust in Pandora! It's a great day at work when you ride this!

I have purchased multiple bikes from Jeff Griffith at Pandora, and they have the best customer service by far. If you're looking for the best pricing and best customer service, than this is where you want to buy from. They have a wide variety from street to dirt. 💪🏼

Fantastic dealer that understands customer service. I was so happy with my 2018 BMW 1200 that I decided to buy a second bike from them. Great sales. Parts, and service. They truly understand what it takes to be a great dealer.

First time stopping by. I was on a 41 run but knew it was in the area. Clean store. Good selection of bikes and gear.

Went in to get the stuff to change my oil on my Ktm Duke 200 these guys made me fill right at home. Super friendly very knowledgeable got me hooked up with what I needed an even helped out on price. I’ll definitely buy from these guys again. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Hands-down this is the best dealership in the Southeast purchase my first street bike with them last week in purchasing and a new dirtbike in the next few weeks. no other shop around can beat this place. I've used 3 other dealers in my past and no comparison.

Came down from Nashville to buy a Ducati. Stephen is the best. I bought my Moto Guzzi from him when he worked at Blue Moon and had a great experience. And I was delighted when he was the salesman for my Ducati. Pandora's is awesome. The staff is super knowledgeable and easy to work with and they delivered to Nashville.

Top notch service and people.
Mistakenly thought they didn’t perform an oil change properly. Reviewed the service records with Matt Welch and I was mistaken. All services provided- tires, timing belts ect were done well.

The staff at Pandora are wonderful! The sales manager helped me navigate an issue with my brand new bike, despite not buying it through them. Hunter and Terry at the parts counter have been awesome in helping me find the right gear and setting up parts on my KTM. Everyone I’ve met here have made me feel valued as a customer.

I just purchased a '22 BMW S1000RR from Pandora's and had a great experience! I live just outside of Atlanta, so I was worried about working with an out of town dealership, but everything went nice and easy! After I filled out my contact info on BMW's website, Chris called me within the hour. They didn't have the color I wanted that day, but he called me the very next day when they got one in, gave me the rundown, and said it was all mine if I wanted it. And of course I did! Chris stayed in contact with me throughout the deal, including making sure all recall work was completed.

From there, Steve called called me on a Saturday afternoon and we got the financing details all worked out. No hassle whatsoever. We also ended up getting a nice deal from Steve on a leather BMW armored riding jacket!

Karla in finance was also great. She went over optional add-ons that could be added to the deal, but there was no pressure at all to add anything! A simple yes or no and that was it! She went through each page of the deal and explained everything before I signed. Her trusty assistant Maverick was what really sealed the deal!

Overall, a great experience especially coming from an out of town customer.

Broke down in Cleveland, TN last week with a snapped clutch cable. Called pandora and had them overnight the new cable while I worked on getting my bike towed to their shop. Got there the next morning and although the cable did not arrive (not their fault) they drove into town and grabbed a universal clutch cable repair kit from a vintage bike shop (20 minute drive) and had me on the road in a few hours. They even topped up my oil, and are forwarding the cable that didn't arrive on time to my address in Chicago. These guys saved my butt. I highly recommend them. They were very conscientious of the fact that I was a traveler and needed to get home and put me at the top of their priorities. Thanks Pandora, made it home right on schedule.
