Sara was amazing she did a great job explaining things. When I had a question that she didn't know the answer to (I asked a lot of questions pertaining to the maintenance and mechanical side of things) she was quick to ask and get the correct answers. She streamlined the buying process for me and explained everything perfectly. When the new motorcycle I was going to purchase had a little exclusion from the paint she had the shop team help and to resolve the issue. This literally only took 2 minutes. I highly recommend all Harley owners to go to Crockett powersports in Chattanooga and meet those fine people and find out what a beautiful pristine machine really looks like.

Great people had a triangle with exclamation mark on 23 pursuit I purchased in Georgia. Called Justin and ask if I could bring bike for service he sat up appointment and serviced bike,calibrated the chassis gave discount on service as well as shirts I purchased. They are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends or anyone in the chattanooga area.Even gave my friend a discount on some floorboards for his chieftian and was mailing them to him in Georgia.

I’ve already placed one review on Facebook, but I know how important reviews are to a small business so here I am for a second one. For context, I purchased my motorcycle last Friday and still feel so good about the whole experience. Not enough words to describe the positive experience at I had at Crockett. Cayce was fantastic, not pushy in any way, and the most helpful salesman (I think salesman doesn’t cover what he actually does for the business) I’ve ever met. He helped me get my dream bike and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll be a customer for life. Sarah in finance department is also fantastic, she was friendly and informative and made me feel like family. The guys in service are great, they taught me how to tie my bike down safely and taught me about upgrades and service and used their vast knowledge to help me feel comfortable. Mr.
Crockett (I didn’t catch his first name) was super nice as well. I left that store with my dream bike and I feel like I‘ve gained a new family and will be back to see them as often as possible even if it is just to come visit. Love these people and love this place.

Excellent experience! We actually bought the slingshot R online. We dealt with Cayce who was excellent, sending us pics and all the information we needed at anytime. Highly recommend Crockett Powersports. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

I understand a five-star review can be viewed as overkill but they deserve it. I wanted a Indian Motorcycle and they delivered. I searched my surrounding area and found four places that sold Indian Motorcycles. I called each one and Crockett Powersports was the friendliest people I have met in a sales environment. I communicated with them daily and they understood my financial situation and worked me through it. Sarah, my salesman, kept me informed of everything I needed and professionally guided me to answers she did not have–even while she was on vacation. The atmosphere is family friendly and they treated my younger daughters as one of their own while a test drove the bikes. I can not recommend them enough; They went above and beyond. I purchased my first Indian Motorcycle ( Challenger) yesterday. I have ridden street motorcycles all my adult life and I’m 58 now, Harley’s have been my motorcycle of choice and I have bought several from five different dealerships with good and bad experiences but I must say I was truly treated the best I have ever been treated purchasing a motorcycle when I purchased my Indian Challenger at Crockett Powersports, they truly do treat you like family! I can honestly say after years of thinking about test riding an Indian I’m glad I finally did, the Indian Challenger is the most comfortable and best handling motorcycle I’ve ever ridden!!# Sara is the most knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever dealt with and her genuine personality is second to none!!

Hands down the best experience!!! Casey and Sara are the best!! They were so helpful when I was trying to surprise my husband, worked with me through the process and got him on the bike of his dreams!!! They have so many choices, so you're sure to find what you want!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! My husband and I called Crockett’s one evening looking for a Can Am Spyder for me after being treated sooo badly at another business in town and within minutes of being on the phone, the lady introduced herself as Sara and asked me my name. I was so impressed by this, and again, after being treated so badly just an hour prior to calling there, but she didn’t know that. That’s just how wonderful her level of customer service is!! After our call that evening, she texted me to inquire further about what I was looking for! The next morning she texted me a pic of one they had just gotten so we went down that evening and looked at it. Love at first sight!!! She saw and heard how much I loved it and truly worked hard for a few days to make it work out for us. We had a pre approval certificate with our bank and after some snags with that, I told Sara that I was heartbroken that it didn’t seem like it was going to work out. She told me “no heartbreaks on my watch”. She asked if she could check with a few lenders of theirs and BAM, she made it happen! We ended up getting a better interest rate and monthly payment by going through their lenders. We cannot say how much we LOVE Crockett’s and Sara!!! She’s also so funny and made the whole process with them a breeze. John the owner is soooo nice. He came over and introduced himself and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does and his customers. We will NOT go anywhere else when the time comes to upgrade my husband’s 2 wheels. Their bike’s are GORGEOUS and very reasonably priced. They have some awesome merch and bike accessories also which we really liked! Please don’t pass up Crockett’s when you’re looking to buy. You will NOT be disappointed.

Bought my first Indian from Crockett and chattanooga. Sara, the sales person made this a very enjoyable experience from the first phone call to driving the bike off the lot. She was fun. Witty answered all my questions, and when my bike arrived, send me pictures of it. Customer satisfaction was 100%. I am 45 and have been
in Sales since I first learned to talk. I'm an old soul and extremely old fashioned when it comes to customer service. I found an ad late ( like midnight kind of late) for a 2016 Polaris Slingshot. I called Crockett Powersports and left a voicemail for someone to call me back first thing in the morning, so that I didn't miss out on this incredible deal. It was a Monday morning when I received not only a call, but a text from Cayce Crockett. It was his day off, but he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. We did the paperwork all via email and I showed up 3 hours later from Smyrna Tn to pay for / pick up my Slingshot. The drive home was incredible! Later that evening the lights completely went out and a fuse had melted into the fuse board. I text Cayce and he immediately went to work for me on how to get the Unit back to him. The next day he had a Flatbed delivered to my home and they took the Unit back with them for repair. Let's be honest, I bought this thing AS IS w No warranty so they could have done what most businesses have adapted to do and just told me "sorry but there is no warranty, click". But not this team of professionals! They weren't just interested in a "quick sale" then on to the next one. They actually valued my business and most importantly, my TIME. Being there before and during the Sale is expected. But most Businesses drop the Ball after the Sale is completed. The "After" is the most important part if you want Customer Retention and an overflowing Residual of Referrals. I also need to mention how friendly and courteous Sara was, in helping me fill out paperwork. John Sr. was a class act as well. We talked for a good 30 min and he gave me a great deal on 2 Helmets as well. I got the SlingShot back around 2 weeks later and within a few hours the lights weren't working again. Bummer, right? What do you think happened? Cayce responded immediately and sent one of his Employees to come back and drive it to their Shop 2 1/2 Hours back to Chattanooga again. They kept it another 2 weeks. This time they rewired the Lights to 2 New Toggle Switches and Problem Solved. Then they had one of their guys drive it back to my home once again! So there you have it. Why would you buy an ATV, Motocycle, Trike, Slingshot or any other "Toy" from any other Dealer than Crockett Powersports? Integrity is EVERYTHING in the World we live in now. You will find the most competitive prices, friendliess people and exceptional Customer Service at Crockett Powersports. Your Happiness means more to them than their Bottom Line. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Prices are great, and they treat their customers incredibly well. Dealership is beautiful and very clean. Service department does a great job and their hourly rates are reasonable. If you need a part, they will definitely find it for you.

I just recently purchased my brand new ‘22 Indian Scout Rogue from Crockett’s. The bike did take 4 months to come in but this was due to a parts shortage at the manufacturing plant. Every time I reached out to Cayce asking for an update he got back with me asap and always treated me with respect no matter how much I annoyed him lol. Dillon in parts and service was also great to work with. I went ahead and threw a Vance and Hines slip on exhaust and an intake upgrade on when it came in and Dillon was very respectful and professional the few times I talked to him. Overall the entire staff from the time I ordered to the time I loaded it on the trailer were great to work with and I found my forever Indian dealer for years to come. I highly recommend Crockett’s!
