Teal Kitchen & Cafe

My new favorite spot. I go here a couple of times a week now on break. No complaints whatsoever. Located in a quiet but scenic building. Food is spectacular, clean and fresh. All the dishes are very modern and most of them are your standard staples, combining the cuisine of sandwich shop, cafe, salad bar, tacos, and lots of breakfast options, there’s definitely something for whatever you are in the mood for.

Everything I have had has been great. The various infused drinks are also top notch. The lavender honey iced tea is my favorite. The vibe and setup is really calming and comfortable, contemporary yet cozy. The owners, Frank and Rebecca are a pleasure, and they make sure you’re taken care of. Don’t skip over Teal!

This place makes the best wraps and salads I think I have ever had in my life, not exaggerating. The quality of the chicken is always 10/10 - from the cut of meat to the breading I can't rave enough. You're able to completely customize everything about your meal and select specific allergens you may have. As someone with a ton of foods I cannot eat, it is really refreshing to find a reliable, healthy and reasonably priced lunch spot that can cater to my dietary restrictions. Plusss the staff is amazing! They are always so sweet and courteous.

Hosted a shower at Teal Kitchen Cafe and it was an amazing day! I Couldn’t have ask for anything more. The food was exceptional, as was the service! Frankie and Rebecca couldn’t have been more helpful with food selection and assisting in everything we needed to make the day a beautiful day! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the food was!

Highly recommend, especially as a go to local lunch spot, food is delicious, super fast delivery, high quality and very reasonably priced. New small businesses are hard to rise up and deliver what they promote. Teal kitchen cafe does!!
While at the company I work for, an owner or employee of Teal dropped off laminated menus and a business card for catering , the logo alone sold me. I was scrambling at the time and didn’t get to share my appreciation for the personal touch until after the fact. For someone that’s reviewed anything 5x or less in their life!! I had to share that this is a place that deserves the credit!! Quality, selection, price point and kindness!!

I can’t say enough good thing about Teal! We had an engagement party and they went above and beyond expectations. I had guests tell me it’s the best food they’ve had at a party! I would absolutely love to have them cater every party I have. I’m so happy all the guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. The mango Tajin was my personal favorite. We were able to have tacos, with a variety of sides that catered to everyone’s taste. The churro bowls were the best deserts I’ve ever had! You can tell they love what they do and put their attention to detail. I would marry their Avocado toast.

This kitchen and Cafe offers more than a average diner from custom iced coffee's to custom dinner plates. The owner and workers work tirelessly to promote their good food and good work they do serve others. They provide great food, service, and attitudes towards customers. 💯 % if you live in the area for delivery, or pick up if not local.

Amazing is the best word to describe Teal Kitchen! Amazing food, amazing staff and amazing hospitality. So glad we (my coworkers and I) found this place! We get from them at least twice a week and they have the best chicken caesar salad wrap I have EVER HAD!

I was there for lunch today with my family while visiting Long Island and was do impressed. The tuna salad wrap i had was delicious, i will definitely be back, thank you Frank and Rebecca.

Easy online ordering. Amazing sandwich with quality ingredients, delicious whole grain bread toasted perfectly and fresh tomatoes, and green leaf lettuce. Fast delivery. 10/10.

Ordered the roast turkey sandwhich. Tastes great definitely recommend this place! Owner and staff are extremely nice as well.

I frequently have lunch at the Teal Cafe, and I have always been happy with the food and service. The dining area is immaculate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure the experience is perfect. The King Richard Burger is sensational. The lattes and cappuccinos are better than any other place in the area.

First time ordering from here. The food was very delicious. Ordered their New England clam chowder and Potato soup as well as a few different sandwiches and everything was perfect. Super tasty and affordable with great portion sizes. Would definitely order from here again!

We almost didn't find this little eatery because it's tucked away inside an office building, and that would have been a shame because the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the people were absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!

This cafe is the place to be! The food here is delicious, very fresh and high in quality. They offer great coffee and always display the best attitude to everyone that comes in. The staff is very pleasant to talk to. They are also very talented with catering to the kind of food you’re into. Many things on the menu are customizable. This place is perfect for studying, working, or taking a break with friends. I can’t stop coming back to this place!
