Starbucks

Me and my best friend go to any Starbucks weekly. This week was in Islandia. I use my gift card that I add money to so we are always good to go. She will never have to pay with me. I included pictures of the receipt n us n my bacon, egg n sausage wrap. She ordered her usual, egg bites but different types exist within. She chose a drink from her phone, one seen on IG and popular for now to try and if liked, it becomes a repeat order. I have used points for free merchandise before n am back over 600. 400 can be used for lovely coffee mugs (one shown in previous post by me), 200 for any size beverage, and many more options on point usage . Starbucks is nice but it's our time shared that makes any place a five star review. Today 1/13/24 I went for a 3rd day in a row to earn 80 total rewards points. It was also BOGO drinks from noon to 6pm, mission accomplished. I included a picture of the drink I got twice this time.

I used the drive thru. No line no wait. It was done as I paid. Easy off of exit 58. Scoot on from LIE and then scoot back on. The entrance to drivethru is on the right side of the parking lot. It gives around the back. Caramel macchiato was yummy. Extra shot of expresso of course.

Barista EMMY went above and beyond to help me with my order. She remade my drink and was very understanding. Fantastic customer service.

This is one of my favorite starbucks to come to. Everyone is really nice. They make my order fast & always tastes great. And Frank makes the best white mochas I have ever had!!

Everyone knows that Starbucks is one of a kind, so needless to say, the staff were kind, the food is awesome, & the environment is clean, spacious, & ambient as usual. The customer service is great also. I really have nothing bad to say about the place.

This Starbucks was quick and always has alot of baristas.
If you haven't been there it can be confusing if your coming from the back entrance near the BJs. Just follow the drive thru signs in reverse! It's at the opposite end next to the highway entrance! At the end of the parking lot!

Love this place. Can get busy, but otherwise, they always give me what I ask for. Even if I ask for something a bit complicated. It's clean and the staff are pleasant. When there are younger people working, it does seem to take time to get your order. It seems they are always chatting about. But all in all, I will always wait as long as it takes for my favorite coffee.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites, but fortunately one of the baristas has a major attitude problem for no reason. If you don’t like what you do quit and move on! Don’t spread your poisonous vibes to the rest of the amazing workers! No need for names! While I was waiting for my drink she was extremely rude to a senior citizen that was doing an UBER delivery , he simply asked for another bag and she acted like the world was coming to an end !!!!!!! I’m sure if you’re a regular there you will see what I’m talking about !!!

This is my fav Starbucks spot. Friendly staff, speedy drive thru service, and they never get my order wrong.

The expreso and the chocolate croissant were nice.they need to keep clean the front counter,but after that, nice.

This Starbuck experience was good. My coffee was made to perfection. I don't frequent this Starbucks and was happy my coffee was prepared well. I would come again.

These guys are fast and friendly. Cranking out good coffee and treats to go with. Most recently I placed an order for few drinks and a sandwich for my son. It was the day before Christmas Eve, and they were humming, both walk in and drive thru. But they were quick with our order, and it was accurate. I'm not surprised, these guys are on point. Thanks Starbucks Islandia! Highly recommend.

Very convenient right at the heart of downtown Suffolk

This Starbucks, by far, is the most organized and efficient Starbucks wed have ever been to. The staff works so well together. They are friendly and give a warm welcome first thing in the morning. Our order is always correct and ready on time. I can't say enough great things about this Starbucks.

I went to meet a friend the other day to talk about our kids and sports (Lacrosse)

My friend bought the coffee and literally 30 seconds after putting the other in, the coffee was ready.

It's also right off the LIE.

Great service, super friendly staff. While a very busy Sunday, in and out fairly quickly. Convenient to Long Island Expressway.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I am surprised at the reviews that say the staff is rude. In my opinion the staff is super friendly and they remember customers names and orders. This location has a drive thru which is quick and convenient for morning coffee on your commute to work.

Good experience and early in the morning too! Was kind enough to answer my question of the difference between the each of the new cold brews. Even nice enough to offer their preference. Left enjoying my cold brew and the early morning pleasant interaction. Will be back!

I've only used the drive-thru on my way to work. From my brief interactions with the staff they seems friendly and they've always gotten my order correct. One day there was a lady that took my order at the drive-thru and she had the giggles which made me smile... awesome way to start the work day.
