Ordered blonde latte, it was as expected.

I've been visiting this Starbucks for 21 years. Visit others in the Bay Area and they're not like this one. The store is always clean, the crew is very professional, Laura runs a tight shift.

This Starbucks has always been the Starbucks that cares. I am not sure if its because its not attached to a grocery store and doesn't have a drive in, but this Starbucks feels like they really do care about the customer. This is the one, where I found out they will remake it if you don't like it, also where they ask how to spell a name instead of the usual butcher. They are even nice to the local bum who lurks the corner of Luckys for change. Sweet crew, everytime.

We have a bunch of Starbucks in town but this one is by far the best. Wether it's your cashier or your barista, this team is truly grade A. I love walking in and seeing everyone in a good mood all the time. The service is fast and professional. love you all!

Not crowded like many other Starbucks that I visit in the service is great. Still great keeping 3 months later.

@Joon 1.) I've been to this location so many times where from my knowledge, they've never closed at 9:30. They usually close at 9 PM, so that must have been a glitch with Google on your phone. 2.) I've noticed your review was from about a month ago where that was back in sometime in March where this whole epidemic/SIP orders had occurred at. Honestly, when you went in there, who knows what was going on in their minds where they probably were tired, some of them could have been stressed as well. Honestly, if it wasn't for the epidemic, in my opinion--it would have been better.

Also, for those who choose to get their work done at that location when open for that, and if they stay late enough, those employees are really good about informing those customers that they'll be closing in 15 minutes. When you happened to go in there, it was prob. 10 mins b4 closing and idk if any of them informed you that they close at 9 rather than 9:30. Like I've said: from my experiences, I've never known this location to close at 9:30. Also, if you asked them nicely, they prob. would have been willing to remake your drink for you because mistakes happen. Honestly, that's happened to me a couple times w/confusing hot/iced and vice-versa, and I politely informed them that I had ordered it iced rather than hot.

The employees here rock! They are so kind and friendly. This starbucks is clean and items are in stock more often than not.

Great location for pick up or ordering through mobile. The coffee is always great, service is quick, efficient, and friendly. The staff and location was fully in compliance with the pandemic precautions.

My drinks are always good and ready when I do mobile order. I pick up my drink on my way to work and dont really have issues.

Customer Service was perfect... and I tried a drink they recommended it was so GOOD ... Apple Crisp 🍎

The one in the Portola shopping center is our home store, we love them oh, they always right and it tastes great.

Somehow at this location my order of grande Americano with cold soy gets misunderstoded most of the time, however the guys are great :)

Starbucks always provide consistent high quality coffee and great breakfast sandwiches which always make my day.

They know me, my drink, and it's almost always ready when I get there.

It was really good service and everyone was really nice and people hold the door open for you and everything

Friendly customer service! The Barista didn't even bat an eye when I asked him to make me a special drink.
