I needed help at the photo desk. I'm not a "techy" and the gentleman was extremely helpful. The cashiers were also friendly and I'm sure with the business of the holiday season to encounter pleasant helpful cashiers is a blessing

I am sorry to say that there is a manager here that doesn't have very well customer care abilities has attitude. But it is an okay place. I will travel a little further to go to a better one.

Had to get passport pictures. The woman working this area acted like I was disturbing her, complete with a scowl!! Should not be customer facing for sure. Another woman sitting selecting pics to print was very friendly toward me, the employee was a grump. I won't be going back. Don't need that treatment when all I said was " I need a passport picture"
