WOW so impressed with our sales person Nick Parkin, we visited the store 3 times in 2 days, he spent hours with us being so patient and professional! Ultimately he made the sale because of his knowledge and patience. He should be acknowledged by the owner for being an A one employee!

Nick Parkin was excellent! After shopping for hours in various store with all types of service we came to Ashley’s and finalized a sale with Nick. He was outstanding! Showing us everything that we needed to see to decide on that met all our needs. He was awesome so educated on the products and above all not a pushy sakes person. He was nice, polite, and very patient as we decided on our choice. Because of the outstanding service we not only purchased our sectional but we also purchase a coffee table and a chair to match the couch. It was so easy, and he showed us our savings and financing options. My sister said if he could order furniture for her in California she would have purchased from him as well because he was so nice to deal with. I am a retail owner and I would hire Nick in a second. He knows his products and how to deal with customers. Polite, educated, and all with a pleasant smile and an easy going no pressure way. Definately an asset to this company! If he worked for me I would look at a big promotion. Definately can deal with customers in a professional manner A+++

Our experience at Ashley furniture with Nick was beyond our expectation. He was helping on the floor, helped with ideas when I needed solutions and very communicative through text when I had questions and needed to adjust our appointment. When we first walked in we met Shanice. Such a helpful individual, she was patient and nothing but supportive. She gave us many options of how to configure our outdoor furniture set, which my hubby loved so we come back and get it. Her coworker, Dan was also helpful as well he kept our little one busy and also helped with a detailed description of the product as well. Both Shanice and Dan were amazing. Would recommend this furniture store 10/10 customer service and patience.

I had a very good experience with Ashley’ Furniture. I had been looking for a shelving unit to display the many photos of my family and my
Lladro figurines that I have. Ken R is my salesman and he did a great job getting the unit delivered to my apartment. I am a new move in to Patchogue and he and other employees I
met in the store were very helpful. The unit was
delivered a day after my purchase and it looks great in my home . I also purchased an end table which also is perfect for making my apartment look stylish. Oh and I also love the price. Came in and purchased new kitchen table! Was a great experience and they worked to get my payments within our budget. Josh Kindberg was extraordinary, so helpful, answered all our questions to make our experience the best! They were able to schedule delivery this week, however due to my work schedule, I needed a Saturday delivery! The first available saturday was April 6th as they were booked up. I took it but staff stated they would check tomorrow to see if something opened up to possibly deliver it earlier! Alice the Manager was able to create some magic monday 3/11/24 and I am now getting it Delivered this Saturday instead of waiting a few weeks! I cant tell you how excited i was that she was able to work her magic! Their staff just go out of their way to make magic and she made my day! I definitely will be returning for future purchases!

My wife and I came into Ashley's with hopes of finding a new couch. We were immediately greeted by Nick P and were told if we needed any help to feel free to ask for help. We looked around and found a couch we liked. Nick sat down and spoke to us in full detail of what we should expect as far as payments. We got approved and Nick got us set up. He got us the delivery date we wanted and was very helpful and kind. Thank you Nick P for making our first visit at Ashley's so pleasant. We are so excited for our new couch!
