The service at this store was phenomenal. Dave the manager was
wonderful to deal with. I had issues with getting a discount plan
loaded on my account and he was on top of it. He personally
straightened everything out. He gave me updates on how things we're
progressing. I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Dave and crew.

This is the best T-Mobile I have ever been to, I called ahead and spoke to a man named Jay, I then came in and Jay was everything and more. Very informative and truly knows his craft. He was so good I came back the next day and bought 5g internet even though I have Verizon fios..This man should be CEO..He is T-Mobile. 15 year customer happy.

Lamia was the best. She helped us update our plans from Sprint, handled all our password and data transfer needs, and so much more. GREAT PERSON AND WORKER. Brandin, the manager, should be proud to have her on his team and zu dish them all the best.

I can’t say enough kind words for Lamia Choudhury. Her customer service was outstanding - product knowledge, patience and attention to detail was outstanding. I need to add a line just for talk and text and Lamia and her manager were great. We tried one option first then figured out a way to save me money and show me the T-Mobile Digits app so I can have a business line and personal line without having to purchase a while new phone. Lamia was efficient and extremely helpful and friendly.

Me and my wife recently just switched to T-Mobile at this store with the help of their wonderful employee, Rafael Cruz. Me and my wife had been going to all the major carriers, searching for the best deal on a new phone plan, and in the end, the prices came out to be relatively similar. So to make our decision, we had to consider the value we would be getting with each. At this store, Rafael did a really great job of explaining to us, in a way we understood, all the things that made switching to T-Mobile the best value. Not only that, he was also super friendly, courteous, patient, and we didn't feel pressured at all. He made everything about the plan and phone trade very clear, nothing hidden, which was important to us. Our final decision to switch was definitely due, in no small part, to Rafael and his customer service skills.

Needed to do an upgrade from Sprint. Branden and Lamia took their time and made sure that the upgrade was complete with the new phone and everything was transferred over almost flawlessly. Would definitely ask for them when I go in because they absolutely know what they're doing.

The employee Orlando is legit one of the nicest human beings I have ever met in my life. He was extremely thorough, patient and informative. Someone give this man a raise. As well as the manager Giuseppe, I wish I got the name of the other young man working with them because the three of them together were so helpful. I’m extremely happy with this being my “go-to” Tmobile store. Buy these gentlemen lunch at the very least lol.

I came back today for a issue that I noticed with my cellphone and returned back to this specific location because all the employees are great and helpful. I recently moved and went another location in centereach never again I'll go there.
I'll stick to this location. They're the best!!

Jocelyn was great helping me with my phone to buy out and getting a tablet for my kid within my budget. Better then what I was getting before with Sprint. The team was great and very friendly. Hope everyone have the same experience that I had.

I upgraded my iphone XR to an iphone 13 and their employee, Marlon, was very personable and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and he made the transition to my new phone very enjoyable with great side conversations!

Fantastic customer service. Kudos in particular to Ken. So many cell stores are staffed by disinterested young kids playing with their phones while you try to get their attention. It's nice to walk into a place and talk to grown ups who take the time to answer your questions and are attentive to your needs.

This store is an hour from my home and from now on I'll only use this this store.

I dealt with Malcolm for the purchase and he is very patient and he knows his stuff. When I went back for help, the manager Kieth did everything he could to make sure it was right. Very helpful, polite staff and management, I'm very pleased with this store.

Alicia was amazing! Needed a new phone. She was extremely kind, informative, patient and sweet. The store was very clean. Best location that I've ever been to.

The manager was very nice and did everything he could to help me with a return. Even went out of his own way to call T Mobile directly.

My account had been screwed up pretty bad (no body's fault really, it was just a big complicated mix up). After speaking on the phone to several people that kept telling me, "call this # or call that #" in order to fix my problem, I called this store. Crystal helped me. Instead of telling me another number to call, she surprised me by saying SHE will call someone and have it fixed. She was so helpful and I'm really happy that she was able to fix everything for me. When I first called I was noticeably irritated too so I feel bad now for being so rude over the phone to her when I first called. Thank You so much Crystal! Give that girl a raise, she knows her stuff!
