This was my first time here. I simply had a nail from my boot sticking up into my sole. It must have been a simple fix for him at least it only took him literally two minutes. When I asked him how much he didn't charge me even when I asked him if he was sure. It's good service like that that has a small business owner have a customer for life and that means something. I had no problem paying him because he fixed my boot. But he didn't want to be paid he was a nice guy and I recommend this place.

Affordable repairs, friendly staff. I took 2 pairs of heels in to get new taps and a broken strap fixed on a pair of wedges & it only cost me around $27. The repair time was quick too, only 2 days. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!

June 2022: New full leather soles on Cole Haan loafers. Quality work. Done when promised. MUCH less expensive and more convenient than River Oaks alternative. Will use again.

I called on Friday the 11TH of March 2016 to get an estimate on what it would be to repair a work boot. He gave me a range as to what I could expect to pay. The next day 3/12/16 I took the boot to him. I did pay up front, and he said come back in an hour. I did just that. The boot was repaired to my satisfaction, and I left a very happy patron. Will go back when such service is needed again.
