Very helpful and informative with my purchase, it was a pleasure to shop there.

One of my favorite places in the world! The staff is always helpful as well as knowledgeable. Even during the holiday rush when I inquired about an item they had it 95% of the time lol.

Every time I go here the employees are very nice and I always see deals around which is nice. The employee Brandon (apparently there's 2 Brandon's idk) but he was very helpful and sweet. Got myself a whole bunch of the new Pokémon go release cards :)👍

Great staff! Brandon helped me trade in my Switch Lite for a New Switch Original. Incredibly clear with the transaction, helpful, and knowledgeable. Give this man a raise or I’m gonna hire him at my consulting firm!

This game stop is great. Something happened that messed up my pro rewards points and coupons that I had. Aiden (sorry if I misspelled your name) was super helpful and made sure that the problem was resolved.

Most GameStop locations have ok service. This location offers amazing service. I will literally drive 30 minutes and pass up a dozen other GameStop's because I know I'll be treated well.

I've met 4 staff members so far, and they've all be consistently good. Everyone is incredible knowledgeable, and they all know how to offer solutions without being pushy salespeople.

The service is cool. They are the Prestige award winner. I’m really proud of the store. He’s really knowledgeable and a fan of anime and horror. A big plus.

Quick and helpful staff

Whenever I need help with a certain game or have detailed questions, the staff here have always been fantastic. Everyone working here are friendly, knowledgeable, and have customer service out the wazoo. I like to preorder physical copies of games, this store is where I anyways get them from.

Never a bad experience. The staff is always helpful and know their stuff! I already been back a few times last month and once this month.

Not sure where Morgan went as she was my favorite employee in the area (the southpoint mall location has a new staff and are rude and don't help) this location however, has a new manager and she is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Keep it up!

You may see that i reviewed the customer service as excellent, but I don't think that even begins to describe these guys. There's a gamestop closer to my house, but i like going to this one in particular if possible. I'm just sad i have to wait until I'm 18 to work here. Best crew ever! And the fact that they'll do an unofficial midnight release if only one or two people want it? Awesome!
