Walgreens Pharmacy

I came in with a medical device that needed shipping through FedEx and the employee at the register was kind enough to take it and ship it with them, giving me a shipping label and tracking number to see that it arrived safely. They saved me a trip, even though I didn't buy anything in the store.

I really struggle to get consistant information about how to fill my prescription from this pharmacy. Recently I went in person to request my script be refilled and I was told there was no order to be refilled and I needed to contact my doctor. I left a message for my doctor and went home confused. When I opened the walgreens app the medication I was trying to fill showed it had one refill left! Not sure why the pharmacy could not see what I could clearly see in my app. They also give me inconsistent information on how many days have to pass before my script can be filled again. You will also have to deal with long lines and excessively long hold times if you need to call them. When you do get a hold of someone, they give you the bare minimum information to answer your questions, and if there are any issues are unwilling to help. I feel bad for them because they are understaffed, but struggling to refill my meds every month is so so frustrating.

The worst! Waited in line for an hour to pick up a prescription that was already filled and paid for.

Literally ever since Covid this stupid Walgreens location still hasn’t changed their hours on google maps so no they’re not open until 1:30am of course not the only place in Minneapolis listed open late and that’s a damn lie like just fix it it’s not that hard

Walgreens sucks. There are always issues or delays in filling prescriptions, so you have to call them, wait on hold forever, and then talk to somebody who can’t help you. I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I applaud to everyone who has the patience to wait in the line for up to an hour each time you want to speak with a pharmacy. smh

This place is a joke. I'd like to think of myself as pretty understanding. Every time I come here it's a half hour wait in line. Called the other day was on phone for 75 minutes. Put in a refill, waited 10 days and it just stopped processing.

Idk man, go to a different walgreens.

Really slow/bad at refilling prescriptions. They'll say it'll be ready any time after 9am the next day, but it wont actually be ready for days. If you call to get more details than "it's being worked on", you will wait on hold for 30+ minutes. They get it wrong every single time.

Usually have to wait 2-5 days AFTER my script runs out to get it filled. It's not even an uncommon one.

They refused to answer the call from my doctor who was sending a prescription

In the Website, it's IMPOSSIBLE to find prescription refill even under the Pharmacy heading

Go anywhere else but here. Seriously terrible customer service.
