Very spacious store with a great ambiance. You need a passcode to use the restroom.

Charlie was very helpful. My tuna salad sandwich was very good also. I would eat here again

99% of my experiences have been great. In large part due to Zoe and Katina. They are always helpful and receptive. Most of the other employees have been helpful as well. I did have a slight issue with the GM and the restroom when I placed a call rapidd order and dined in. But the issue was resolved with further conversation. 5 stars would recommend.

I came in this morning to pick up a catering order. I had put in the wrong date, so it wasn't ready. Jessi immediately helped me put together a new order and cancel the old one. She got my coffee and food together so quickly! She really did an amazing job!

The staff here is AMAZING. CHARLIE at the register is ONE OF THE MOST GENUINELY KIND HEARTED PEOPLE!!!! SO RARE TO SEE THAT IN THIS WORLD!!!! The staff has been kind to all walks of life that come in. With it being downtown it can get a little difficult to navigate as I have seen. They have been extremely graceful in navigating this & I'm truly impressed with the kind-heartedness they show to everyone. RAISES FOR EVERYONE!!!! They should really be recognized by Panera for this. It's not an easy spot to be in at all.

I love their Autumn Squash soup, which is now back in season. The service at this location is prompt. Would definitely come back here.

Kim and Meyah were awesome and super friendly! I came in today for my free birthday treat and chose the kitchen sink cookie, not realizing it was no longer part of the free pastry thing. Meyah called Kim over to help and they got it taken care of. Thanks ladies!😊

Thank you to the manager, Shapore, who was so generous, friendly and wonderful! After a 10 hour drive to Indianapolis, it was such a comfort to be greeted with such hospitality. The salads you served us were absolutely delicious and the accompanying bread hit the spot! Thank you for treating us with such kindness, Shapore! God bless you!

Perfect sandwiches, soups, charged lemonade, and everything else you like as a quick bite. With their small fee membership, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and drinks whole month anytime anywhere you wish. They give many free goodies as well every 3rd or 4th order. Overall a nice place to be again n again.

Came on a very busy day right after the Indy 500 parade. Despite how packed it was, there were plenty of seating options and our food got out to us surprisingly quickly!

I ordered from the app several times & they never disappoint. My order is always correct & ready when I arrive. I love the hazelnut coffee. Their macaroni & cheese is amazing. I absolutely love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich.

Ate lunch there yesterday - 11/5/20. Disappointed to see one of the employees behind the counter making the food with her mask down around her neck the entire time we were there eating our lunch. The rest of the employees we saw were properly wearing their masks. The food and service was excellent as always, just disappointed about lack of mask on an employee preparing the food being served. ***EDIT*** I originally gave this location a 1 star review and have changed it to a 5 star review now. After receiving a survey via email requesting a review of my visit the day before, I completed the survey and requested someone contact me. I was shocked when within appx. 15-20 minutes, the store manager called me and apologized for our experience. She knew exactly what employee I was talking about and said that she had spoken with her about this and that wearing a mask, although uncomfortable, was required and was not negotiable. Kudos to Panera and this manager for taking customer safety seriously and their quick response to address same. Thank you, Panera!

This place smells wonderful because of all the breads and pastries. Their Agave lemonade is my favorite and that's the reason that I joined the unlimited sips club. They also have a great tasting decaf coffee.

Not sure why this place is a 3.9. Some of the nicest staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with in any panera I've been in. Kay helped us today and was all smiles! Items purchased were fresh and done correctly! 5 stars from me and my kiddos!

Well I have to say that the staff of Panera are just great. I walked into this particular store right after opening, 6 am, and I really looked trashy, after staying in hotels for 2 weeks and more than 4 days on buses! (Really surprised that I wasn't mistaken for a homeless person, and asked to leave) But, the staff welcomed me and treated me as if I were one of their top clientele!
All I ordered was a French toast bagel, w/cream cheese and a coffee. Total came to just under 6 bucks but, I was definitely more full from that, than a $8 breakfast from one of the other chain restaurants.

Wow! The service was next level. I didn’t know a quick breakfast experience could be so thoughtful. Upon arriving and waiting for our order the manager asked how we were doing and what brought us in since we were from out of town. My fiancé and I just had gotten engaged the day before, the staff brought up an additional pastry as a congratulations! The food was great and coffee very hot/delicious.

Damon was phenomenal, his sincerity and interest for the guest can’t be topped. Thanks Panera Bread for a great start to the day and the experience.

Exceptional! I called to place an order for delivery, however we were just outside of the delivery area so I ordered for carryout. Knowing my unique situation and that time was limited, the staff went way out of their way to assist me. They even had someone bring the food out to my car when I pulled up. Great service!

I love their salads, so many different varieties. Also love the fact that I can pick a apple over chips since I am trying to eat healthier. The server's are really sweet especially the guy wish I knew his name. Everyone who comes in there knows him and he has such a Great personality!!!!

I went to eat lunch with some of my coworkers and there happened to be a convention in town so it was PACKED. I've never seen so many people in a Panera.

My coworkers and I were trying hard to find a table, really just aimlessly walking around and stalking tables until someone got up. We were just about to leave and go somewhere else until we found a table for two (there were five of us) and sat down. Damon noticed and among the craziness, offered to find some extra chairs. He was so nice and smiling and happy. It really made us feel special.

After we were finally all seated, we started ordering via the app from the table. Damon came BACK over and said that he had a large round table up near the front that would fit us all comfortably. Totally unexpected and not something he even had to do. We took him up on his offer :)

Throughout our meal Damon came back a few times to make sure we got our order and help clean up when were done. Just as we were finishing up, he walks over with 5 cookies in his hand and gives them to us, for free!!! He really went the extra mile to show us some personalized customer service amidst the crazy. Thank you, Damon!

P.S. Get this man a raise.

My lunch was great but the service was exceptional. I was eating alone and a busboy asked how I was and later brought me a brownie to enjoy later! He was so kind and thoughtful! Very unexpected terrific service. I love Panera bread but this made me love it even more!!
