I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened and it’s always been incredibly consistent.
Today however Kat absolutely made my day.
Great service is wonderful. But Kat was exceptional.
Love genuine people.

The customer service at this location is Phenomenal, they have a very kind tone to their voice and professional. And memories of their services everlasting. I was provided espresso shots by a guy With shoulder length hair, and his kindness is heartwarming.

Everytime me and my girlfriend come in Kat is extremely nice and caring. Not many people care about customer service these days but she made sure that we were taken care of. She's really sweet and deserves a raise. GIVE KAT MORE MONEY!!

The Starbucks at this location has outstanding service! The baristas are good and make delicious drinks! If you go to this location ask for Meme, she is really nice and helpful! 👍 I got the iced white mocha with OATLY and a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino!

Placed order through the app. It's we're ready at the drive thru when we arrived. Nice

I normally don't post reviews but I felt very compelled to share my experiences with this particular Starbucks. I have frequented this Starbucks for about 4 years now. Like many places of business, this store has had its share of staffing challenges through Covid, etc. Over the 4 years, I have probably encountered about 5 times in which my order was incorrect. However, I have NEVER had a time where they didn't own it and comp me for it. Over the past year, I have seen tremendous growth at this store. They have hired some really wonderful baristas and staff. I almost always use mobile order and my order is on point every time. I come in every morning between 6:30 and 7:30 AM. Almost all the staff greets me every morning with a "Hello, Thank you, and Have a great day". Kyle is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to get to know you and shows he genuinely cares. My line of business is around emergency service which includes a lot of tough days but I can almost always count on smiling faces to greet me when I walk into this store. I'm so grateful for people like Kyle that work there who truly care and are trying to make a difference in this cruel world. I truly hope management at this store reads this and takes the time to thanks their employees for such wonderful service.

I always enjoy going to this Starbucks, but their act of kindness moved me to tears on Friday. I was getting a couple drinks and one last pup cup for our Bernese Mountain Dog Finn who was being put down later that day. After sharing this news they not only paid for one of my drinks, but also shared how sorry they were and added a heart to the pup cup. This small act of kindness was so thoughtful and truly meant the world to me. Thank you for bringing a little bit of happiness to this sad day. Finn loved his final pup cup!

Very Friendly staff always fast handing my order in My Favorite

Today was my first visit to this location. I went through the drive- through, and I was greeted by a friendly & kind employee who took my order. The almond milk chai I ordered was legitimately perfect. I've been a barista for 5 years and I am very picky about the temperature of drinks and way the milk is foamed. I was impressed, and that's not easy to do. Not only was the ordering process cheery (and chai delicious!), the other person who handled the transaction and passed me the drink was also intentional and kind about it. I was shocked that my less than 5-minute experience was so positive. Just wanted to encourage the staff at this location - you are doing great!

Out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to (which is a lot), this is by far my favorite. I’ve never been inside but I’ve been through the drive thru on several occasions and the line moves pretty fast PLUS my drink is always made accurately. The staff is super friendly as well. With staff and product shortages, they’re doing an amazing job!

This location is amazing! The teamwork is phenomenal and the baristas give their best and best quality into the products! Meme, a trainer, is exceptional and teaching the best to to others too. Hanna is always smiling and friendly and amazing. You can almost see her smile through the masks. I stopped in for iced tea tonight and got a freshly brewed one by Logan. He made it perfectly! Thanks 😊 for amazing freshness and quality every time! Thanks for being my home Starbucks!

It was a great spot and our awesome host Ash was amazing he was friendly and super nice he even got our order right! Over all the staff was awesome!

Busy on the weekd day mornings but service is always quick.

The Tuttle location is my fave. Drinks are always spot on and staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I ordered the Iced Passion Tango Tea Lemonade and it was so refreshing and delicious - not to mention only 50 calories.

Got our drinks faster than the predicted time they said on the mobile order. The manager was supporting all the employees and trying to help as much as she could. And all the drinks were alphabetized, so it was easy to distinguish between drinks at pickup. We have been close to 10 Starbucks’s in Columbus and this one is by far the best!!

Every time I come here everyone is so kind. Anna especially has made my day more than once. She needs to be recognized for how wonderful of an employee she is!

Consistency is key and they nail it. On the numerous occasions I have been to this location, my drinks were always correct. I am always greeted with a smile and fast friendly service. There is a pothole in the entrance to the parking lot at the time of this posting, but it's in the street so nothing starbucks can do.

The employees were wonderful. Kimmie took my order, and Kailyn made my coffee. Clean, well kept up store. Everyone was nice and helpful.
