Starbucks

I'm from out of town ( toronro Canada) just passing through town. I went into this location for the first time. I ordered a cold brew . The staff was amazing. Very friendly and absolutely fantastic customer service. 5 stars all around.

I have been to 4 different Starbucks locations as I'm new to Starbucks.

The one in Target in Auburn, ME was horrible customer service and charged me over a dollar more to have Almond milk in my coffee and did not provide a sleeve for my hot coffee... it was needed as it was 90° outside!

The one in the Portland Mall (my 1st ever Starbucks order) messed up my order!).

The one in Brunswick is great.

But this location is my absolute favorite! I have stopped 4 or 5 times now on my way home from Aquaboggin. Each time through the driveway and they batista were so nice! My 1st ti.e there (but 2nd time getting a starbucks) the woman was so sweet when she asked how my spledinds I wanted and I said whatever you normally put in (I was not asked at my 1st ever trip) she stated that they did not have a typical amount she was so sweet and was very accommodating when I asked for 4 and 1 to spare just in case. Each time there I have gotten a different person and each time they have been very professional but also so friendly! I was never made to feel like a burden while figuring out what my typical Starbucks order would be. They never look stressed and my coffee always tastes the same regardless of who makes it! I always know I am going to have exceptional service and that my coffee will always taste the same! I'll be sad when summer is over and I won't be able to go there again until next summer as I live an hour and a half away!

Popped in for some caffeine before I started my day. The drive thru was bananas but I was able to walk in and out before the drive thru was cleared. Sumatra with cinnamon and honey was a great way to start the day.

Katie gave amazing customer service. I found myself wanting to come again because of her friendly greetings and wonderful conversational Skills. She made the 10 min wait in the drive through worth the wait.

This store has excellent customer service! Katie is awesome at her position. She was taking orders in drive thru recently and was spot on with her service. She was a hoot and a delightful.
The store manager has a awesome team that she captains.
Typically this store is dead on with their service and they rarely make mistakes. We are fans of this location.

Baristas are kind, service is excellent, coffee and pastries very good. I wish there was an easy way to get dollar bills so I could tip the staff every day. (I stop by 5 days a week.) Nice patrons can dine-in.

Best Starbucks in the area. Fast, efficient and on time. Comfortable dining room. They always get my order right. Exceptional service every single time and they go above and beyond.

I got the Santa Clause Frappachino and it was delicious..... great customer service and cheerful.

Easily the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I really enjoyed the attention to detail and how sweet the cashier Selaine was. Give that girl a RAISE! Also, I just saw a review where someone was annoyed that they asked about how many pumps/shots they wanted (um WHAT?) I say that's BS because I really appreciated feeling my drink came EXACTLY how I asked for it. This person obviously needs to take a chill pill. Keep being cool Scarborough Starbucks.

The best Starbucks around. They serve up the most consistent cup of coffee. I like regular cream and sugar in my coffee and most of the other places I buy coffee at (Dunks, Aroma Joe's, and other local places) can be hit or miss on the level of sugar and cream. This place continues to give me exactly what I want.

I love Starbucks....Skinny vanilla Latte with and extra shot and made with almond milk. YUM!!!!! I get one almost every day ...it is so bad that some of the employees know my voice at the drive through...the people that work there are absolutely amazing. The only thing I can say bad about Starbucks is the prices are a little wild (high).

They were slammed when I was in there, but the girl behind the counter was friendly, apologetic for the delay and made one of the best coffees I've had at any Starbucks, and I get the same thing at every bucks I go to so I have a lot of experience to compare this one to.

Drive thru experience of 5 stars. Staff with smiles, brightens the day!

Also now open for "dine in"...great space to visit with a friend or do some work.

I mean c'mon, very nice people and good coffee. Also have never messed up my order unlike Dunkin every other day. Cant ask for more than that.

It's very clean, lots of parking, wonderful snacks and great coffee. The staff is very attentive. There is a Pokie stop outside with lots of creatures. You can sit inside.

friendly staff and was very helpful navigating me through the menu was very thankful I could use the wifi there while on vacation for work (ughhhh that i had to do work stuff while on vacation but oh well)

Fast service in the drive through. It looked like we would spend an hour in the drive through. Starbucks had us on our way within 10 minutes! It was amazing.

One of my favorite locations because it is super clean, the staff are super-friendly and the coffee is exceptionally fantastic! Another example of how the PEOPLE make the place, not the company!!!
