Absolutely love this location. The young people who run the show are friendly and professional. Using the mobile order system is a breeze, not sure why everyone doesn’t pre-order! Plus you get reward points for more drinks on their mobile app!

Love that they have a pick up window for mobile orders. Wanted to try the loaded hash browns bacon smells burnt.

Coffee is always good but yhe donuts s leave something to desire. I may be aging myself but they used to make them fresh in the store and they were hardly ever out of donuts. Now they get them frozen from corporate and they are not the same. Staff is very friendly and prompt

The few times I've been here, the experience has been good. Haven't had a mess up on my orders and the workers are polite and friendly. Drive thru is always backed up so opt for walk in if you already pre-ordered your drink or just to order in person. Usually no lines inside

My son and I go here all the time. We spend hours here hanging out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My son loves to show them his Lego creations😁

It was quite busy when we went here and they handled everything so well, they were super nice to us and everyone else and were happy to fix any mistakes. I work at another Dunkin so I understand how hard it can be to keep cool when it gets busy, and they did an awesome job. **AND on top of all that the coffees tasted amazing, best I’ve had in a while**

I just love there coffee and my favorite donut the Boston Creme!There Breakfast Sandwiches are simply Delish!

I have to give an update because the past 2 months this place has really turned around. The service is fast and I have not had any problems whatsoever! They have a new employee who seems to really be on top of everything. I want to give a shout out to Brandon ! Thank you for making my mornings go smoothly!!!!

Every time I’ve been here it is a very long wait time with only 2-3 cars ahead of me. Something has always wrong with my order every single time I’ve been here & today there was no decaf coffee. On the plus side the staff is always friendly.

I came here about every night after work and I love the night time staff they are always super fast and have the best personalities. Love the atmosphere they are all about having a good time and getting the job done.

Saw a long line in the drive thru, so decided to go in and got extremely fast service. I ordered 2 sourdough sandwiches, 2 Carmel Machiattos, and 25 munchkins. I was easily out in and out at a max of 8 minutes despite the long line in the drive thru. The exterior and interior were nice and depicted it being a newly built store. Will be returning to this location when I move nearby in the next couple of weeks.

What a wonderful experience this morning! The staff were obviously very busy as it was 8:30. However I was greeted upon walking in and within a couple mins my order was placed and all the staff seemed very polite and helpful. The barista even verified my order with me! I will be back to this Dunkin. 💖

I've been back several times and have ALWAYS had a great experience with wait time and customer service! These folks really take their time to talk with you and make sure your takin care of. Instead of rushing through the line, take a moment to thank these employees for their hard work...even if you don't get what you ordered. 💖 Show love & grace.

past employee here, just wanted to let everyone know that 99% of employees at night are under the age of 17 and are only following how they were trained by corporate! no they cannot change things set in stone by corporate like mobile orders, shortages, etc. nor can they control how fast things get sold out! just because there are no donuts on one busy day does not mean there are never donuts. there is no constant baker to refill donuts, if the donuts made by the baker weren’t enough to meet a rush or big order then no employees can control that. they don’t have the same control like small businesses like the worshipped coffee co in these comments do

My rating on based on the customers who are entitled and feel like they need do curse the employees for running out of supplies when the employees are not in charge of the supplies the boss is and I've been told that he is a terrible boss as well.. I personally feel bad for the employees because they have had to deal with rude ugly mean customers that have spilled their drinks out in front of their face or they had told them to make drinks like McDonald's or Starbuck when in fact this is not any other them stores because every store makes coffee different!
Honestly people of richland stop being so entitled and rude if you don't like your drink just simply ASK FOR A REFUND! And in regards to the wait time guess what they like every other place are short staff and/ or are dealing with Karen's who always feel like they need to make a 20 to 30 min scene literally

had a tough experience with them in the drive through with a crazy long wait time, but every bit of it was rectified with George. Phenomenal customer service and hope to continue my business with this location!

The five stars is for the girl behind the counter loading the donuts and one of the cashiers. The rest of them get a 0 star rating including the older guy who I’m guessing was the manager. Everyone except those two girls need training on how to do their job. The two ladies who did their job would be the only reason I’d ever go back.

Oh my gosh, I was never a caramel lover, but they make this coconut caramel that is soooo yummy!

Went through the drive-thru, had a smooth & awesome experience!! A worker named Makenna took my order & all, she’s very polite & a hard worker!! Everyone check out this Dunkin’ Donuts! Highly recommend!
