Tim Hortons

Friendly hardworking staff. These kids are always busy. This store is really well run. It operates like a machine. I am a bit disappointed that they stopped serving oatmeal. I mean what's a breakfast without oatmeal??? Doesn't make any sense.

We must have gone at the perfect time as there was hardly any inside customers. The drive thru was a constant flow of vehicles. All the staff were nice to me and my 5 year old son. The bathroom was clean which is a good indicator of the rest of the facility. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

The staff here is a bunch of awesome people! I have had great service here several times, but my big blunder was to order a cappuccino at the drive-up.. then drive off without collecting it! I drove a full mile... then turned around and came back. They remade my cuppa and were truly nice about it. I have also purchased their bags of coffee to make at home, and found them to be good quality and great tasting. 👍🏻
It is now a year later, and once again, the service here is awesome.

We had lunch at this location today. Last month we ate at the Buffalo Road location. What a difference! We had the best experience today. The young man that waited on us looked professional, not in a black street clothes hoodies. Our order was taken and repeated back to us. Prepare in a timely fashion. It seemed like he was the only one in the front end but there was only one young lady working the drive through too. We drove out of our way to this location so we didn't go to the Buffalo Road location. Thank you for keeping up with the good standards. The eating area and bathrooms were clean too. I didn't have to clean the table. Keep up the great standards!

Always have wonderful service. The staff is courteous and remember my order. Sometimes there's a wait in the morning due to people stopping before work, but they're always apologetic (even though they can't control how busy they get). It's unfortunate how some customers treat staff when they do the best they can.

Stopped in for coffee. ☕ Had the house blend and it was delicious. Many other options including sandwiches and deserts available. 🍔🍰Service was good and the place looked clean. 😄

The East 12th Street Tim Hortons is the best! Everyone is always super friendly and they get excited to give my dogs a Timbit. Their double double and Timbits are always consistent and delicious, as well as their sandwiches. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case at other Tim Hortons. I will drive out of my way just to go to the one on East 12th Street!

Always love the coffee at Tim Hortons. Donuts were good as well. However they seem to be out of Blueberry 🫐 donuts often.

Love Love Tim Hortons coffee. First place I’ve tried it was in Niagara Falls Canada. Then in Victoria BC. I’m so glad they have it all over Erie. The flavor and preparation was consistent in all of the locations I’ve been to. The breakfast sandwiches and hash browns are pretty good too. Not too fond of the donut that I tried. Forget which one but I’ll try a different donut next time and see if maybe I was just having an off day.

The best Tim Hortons in Erie by far but I won't be in as often anymore, if ever.. 😔 I'm a third shifter and this was the only Tim's left in Erie open until 11.. right on the way to work too. Now they close earlier, I'm gonna assume 9ish? They didn't update the hours anywhere, I didn't know until I pulled in the drive-thru to get my coffee like I always do and eventually just left after awkwardly sitting at the speaker for a minute. Never ever had issues though, the staff at night was always so friendly, orders were always accurate and they were very quick. I'm gonna miss coming here to get my coffee fix before work, Mcdonalds coffee is way too sweet and Getgo coffee just doesn't hit like Tims does.

Timmy's is our go-to place for coffee and sometimes breakfast.

I usually go at busy times so there is a wait, but I always receive great service. I love the Tim bits and sausage breakfast sandwiches. I don't bother ordering anything with bacon though after too many experiences with floppy undercooked bacon.

I love it here, never got my order wrong after so many times I been there. It is really busy in the early morning so be prepared to wait for order but worth it.

They need to be more comprehensive with customer and dont scream if you hear the people by the speaker good but the other part no can't hear you and say repeat please dont be stupid.....better people are looking for job and the grinch employees trying to be funny......for me a close the store ....

Employees always seem to be on a good mood. Food is excellent and coffee is THE best.

Because of this Tim Hortons facility, whoever is managing that place keeping that place going the way it is.... Outstanding this is the best location I ever visited.. they're fast or curious the food is always fresh.... Send that whole store every employee there needs to go on a paid vacation

I went to the drive thru around lunch time and got immaculate service from the ladies working. one told me that they didnt have enough chilli to fill a cup and gave me a free donut along with my meal. I thank you so much girls. keep up the great work. I use to work for a few tim hortons and i know how the job can be!
