I’ve been going here for about 5 years or so now, I’ve never had an issue, I’ve never felt cheated or taken advantage of. Don who I would usually work with would go above and beyond finding specials, coupons or discounts wherever he could and if something wasn’t necessary he would let me know. This all changed with my last visit and “Derek”. My 2015 Nissan Frontier’s check engine light came on while my family from out of town had been borrowing it so I sent them into Dartmouth Nissan to have it looked at they ran all sorts or test before realizing it was that the gas cap had been put on too tightly. For this they charged me close to $300, for a tight gas cap. Now either they are incompetent and didn’t check the easiest first thing that came up, or Derek is new and trying to impress by charging as much money as he can. Either way I’m disgusted and will not be bringing my vehicle here anymore nor my wife’s and I will make it a point to let everyone I know to stay far far away.
