Recently went into this store with friendly greeting from both employees whom worked around noon on Sunday May 22, 2023 and they were very knowledgeable what I was looking for and they went above and beyond. Will definitely make this my go to store!! Just wish higher chairs to try shoes on for the disabled.

This was my first experience with a Skechers store, I didn't even know they existed until thus one opened up. The selection of styles and colors is good. You can use their app and order shoes online and then pick them up in store. I THINK they even offer curbside pick up. There's plenty of parking available.

Clean and friendly employees. The employees were helpful. Good deals.

Skechers is always a great quality sneaker especially for people that need extra cushion for lower back protection and other medical issues.

They are still very fashionable and often come out with new models sometimes even twice per year.

Often have great deals such as buy one pair get the second 50% off!!

Very nice and helpful employees. I was able to use a coupon given to me by the company I work for and got a great pair shoes to keep me comfy on my long shifts. Both the gentlemen and lady who attended to me were very knowledgeable about sneakers, fits, arch support, etc. Thank you, Skechers.

Workers greeted me and then left me to myself, until I needed help.

The store itself seems fine, however the employees here need to chill. They kept following me around and kept inspecting each aisle as I left it. Made me feel like a criminal. I left this store and purchased my shoes at a local competitor.

My husband has six pairs of Skechers. This means that he rotates all six pairs everyday in addition to other brands Three of the pairs have already developed holes in the toe in a very short period of time. He took the 3 pairs of shoes with holes in them back to Skechers and they told him there was a 45-day return policy although his receipts say you can return them for any reason if you're not happy. Skechers states that the shoes must be unworn and in their original box with tags on them. How are you supposed to decide if you're happy or not with their product if you're not able to wear them? When he pointed this out to the manager of a retail outlet she rudely grabbed the placard showing that they would only take them back if they were unworn within a 45-day windows. When we call to ask what the corporate number was that we could call that was her superior she told us we had to look up the phone number ourselves. Why would anyone ever buy a pair of Skechers again with this policy? Someone from Skechers needs to contact me via email or phone number which we gave when we left a message at their corporate number or Skechers can contact me through this complaint/review. Please note that all three pairs that had a hole in them were three different styles. This means they are making their shoes with inferior products, and should be held accountable. I look forward to being contacted by someone at Skechers to resolve this gross injustice.

Store representative followed us throughout every isle and made us feel so uncomfortable that we left. When we left she went right back to the register. Horrible experience to be racially profiled.

was not so good wife is in a remote wheel chair the two women were no help what so ever one older employee stood two lane over watching us fondling the shoes like she was doing something important watching us likeshe was fbi the young girl was helpless also we were leaveing so theyboth headed to the front of the store thanks and good luck

The most uncomfortable experience ever. The store salesman is so lazy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I do not recommend this store for any one.
