AT&T Store

My biggest fear, when getting a new phone is losing data, and contacts. My old phone was almost DOA when I entered the store. Ben Sanchez coached it to life, and eased the transfer of my data, first to the cloud, and then down to my phone, since my old phone was barely functioning and couldn’t direct transfer. He was a star! And then he turned, and helped the next customer, Spanish-speaking, with equal ease. A very valuable employee!! I’m grateful he was there to ease the transition for me – spectacular!!

Couldn’t be happier! A lovely young boy named Ben helped me and he set me up with everything. So easy. I went in because I needed help with my phone and he diagnosed it like a pro. I traded it and got a few other products, but I couldn’t be happier with my products and services. I’m usually a hard nut to crack with buying things but there’s nothing more refreshing than a young passionate entrepreneur who’s also looking out for your best interests. I will be back 1000%

Korea and Jeremiah have amazing customer service! Korea called me to schedule an appointment to make sure I was getting the best phone plan and when I came in to meet her, she greeted me with a smile. She checked everything down even looking into seeing if I could upgrade my phone. Jeremiah was very helpful as well making sure to assist her with any questions she had. I appreciate all of their help!

I went to the 722 Collins Hill Rd.store an hour and a half before closing time. the store had a good amount of customers before me waiting.
( 1) I was indeed surprised how fast they worked to finally get to serve me.
(2) As busy as the 2 agents were, they would passed by me to assured me that they will be with me soon.
(3) Ms. Korea was compassionate, helpful, with assisting me with such a professional manner to get my issues resolved, with my phone. I am truly greatul to her.
(4)But most of all, even when the store officially closed, she did not rush me out,she gave me time to get everything resolved.
I am glad that I choose that store....

Korea was the greatest! Her customer service was exceptional her and her team worked well together to assist me and my needs I came in due to losing my phone and left with a phone and watch. Excited to get into all the new features with my new watch!

Jeremiah was amazing! I felt like we’d been friends our whole lives & honestly wouldn’t have wanted to leave if I didn’t somewhere else to be. The headache of getting new phones is real but he made the time fly & I felt he was really giving me the honest best deal and not just trying to make a buck like most sales people. If I ever need assistance again, I don’t want anyone to help me but him! 😁

Korea has been an excellent support in assisting me! She did an amazing job at resolving my issue she definitely is an asset to At&t being able to calm down and actually listen to her customers. I recommend this location if you want to get taken care of for sure!

Devon and the other staff at AT&T helped me replace a phone with my older father. It took a good bit of time and research and Devon was super patient and helpful. He took the time to help us get a tricky task handled. Thanks Devon!

Visiting my relatives here all the way from California. Broke the screen on my phone the first day. Came in for a replacement phone. Ben was really helpful with the whole process. Service was really quick. We also got a new screen protector with a new case, which was installed at the same time. Got in and out within an hour. Very happy with the service.

Korea Allen was the best representative here today. I came in today so down and depressed about my phone being stolen. Korea did everything in her power to make sure I walked out with a phone that I wanted and knew how to work. I recommend anyone in need of a new phone come visit her at att on Collin’s hill

Korea was excellent! Very professional, curious, and prompt! She took her time making sure I was getting the best value and actually talked to me about each item I was interested in. I will definitely be back wasn’t expecting to come in and leave with a watch but I did and happy to do so. Ask for Korea!

Korea was an amazing person at our visit. I would send everyone i know over to that store front. The whole staff was friendly; this location need a little more money cause they did an great job

Christopher at AT&T was fantastic during my switch from Android to iPhone. He answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process feel easy. His knowledge and helpfulness really stood out. I left feeling confident about my new phone!

I can’t say enough positive things about my recent experience at this AT&T store , largely due to overwhelming positive customer service from the employee , Devin, who was very supportive of my several visits for checking of quotes in between work and life balance. With his professionalism and dedication to get me the service that I deserve, I am filled with gratitude.

I came in earlier and there was a gentleman there to help me that I will not name. I told him my issue. He looked at the phone and a few minutes later he game me an address and phone number to go to another store. So my problem didn’t get fixed. To be accurate he told me to go to the AT&T store in the Mall Of Georgia. I came back about 2
hours very upset. Jeremiah asked me all the questions and helped me step by step. Fixed the problem slowly and efficiently. We even carried on a good conversation. He is a great asset to the company. Give him a raise!! Go Jeremiah you did that. Thank you so very much!!

Thanks Korea Allen for the wonderful and fast customer service. Highly recommend! I paid my phone bill bought a watch and was put in 30 mins. Also got me a great deal!!

Had a great experience at the AT&T store on Collins Hill Road in Lawrenceville. Great staff. Helped us with billing issues and with upgrading to a new phone. Devin Stuart was extremely helpful & engaging. I highly recommend this store & especially Devin.
