Always fresh donuts and great drinks. Occasionally they are out of a flavor of donut that’s to be expected with the amount of flavors they have.
The staff is usually friendly especially Alexa (or Alexis) she is always super friendly and outgoing.
How many recommend stopping in for breakfast or snack.

Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. Thank you, Shelbyville location. 💜💜💜

I didn’t come here to write a bad review. I actually have very good experience with this location. Everyone always make sure that my coffee is fresh and everything is always really good but recently they have changed their way of making donuts, and now I do not like the donuts at all. I only use this place for just my coffee. I used to get a doughnut too but I don’t like the new supplier/baker.

Hands down one of the best fast food breakfast options around. We always place online orders and the food is always hot fresh and ready when we get here. They also are extremely accurate and I don’t think have ever messed up our order no matter how big or complicated it is!

Hands down the best cold brew coffee on Shelbyville Road. The price is very reasonable for a large cold brew. These are nice people, a family run business. I drive past several coffee shops on my way to get there. Stop in , you won’t be disappointed!

Edited as of 2023: I am now giving this location 5/5 stars instead of 4/5 stars. They have substantially better customer service than many other locations and it’s very consistent. The drive thru moves more quickly than it ever did in the past. I really like that this location is close to home because they are doing so well in all categories. It is much appreciated!

When I get to deal with the women at this location, my orders are always right and the customer service is amazing. Taking one star away for the men at this location because usually the service is not nearly as good when I am served by them. They are not very nice nor do they seem to want you there at all. The women are all so kind and sweet and they never mess up my drinks. They also always confirm my order with me and I always leave a tip with them because they take the time to be so nice when I’m there through the drive thru. This location used to be horrible many years ago and the customer service has improved greatly with these women on staff!

Love everything about this location. They know our order by our voice :)

I hope others will be considerate of the fact that this is a new store which is currently getting slammed by a hoard of zombies needing their coffee fix plus treats. We also need to be mindful that an occasional customer will drive through with a large order for a small office when they could have called ahead and went inside. For those thinking they could get through a new store drive-thru with newly trained workers in under 5 minutes I would say, "Poor planning on your part does not constitute and emergency for anyone else." For others that received bad orders I hope the store will work harder and do better as the customer deserves better and we want you and your team to be successful. On to my experience: This morning I allowed plenty of time to get to work knowing everyone in Shelbyville would be hitting the new store. The car line ran around three sides of the building and out to the road. The parking lot was full to the point that I'm feeling sorry for the two medical offices next door. With all that said, I ordered the Duncan Double which is a double sausage, egg and cheese beagle with a dark roast coffee (super tasty). The sandwich was ready in less than a minute and I had to wait for a fresh brew. I guess I could critique them not having a pot ready or I could realize it was going out the door as fast as they could make it and plan my time accordingly. I love having a high quality beagle sandwich store here in Shelbyville and believe once the newly trained workers get their rhythm and team work going the rest of us will enjoy the added variety in our small town.

not my main dunkin, but every time i go they are very nice and super fast. they didnt have the keychain and said i could get my money back in the morning when the manager is there but im not worried about it😉 theyre always very nice even when theyre busy, ive been at several different times of day

Love the munchkins aka donut holes. Perfect for any occasion. Work or play. Their breakfast sandwiches are very good also. Coffee and iced coffee drinks are good too. This is a clean store and the people that work here have always been super friendly. Even during the early morning hours. Family friendly. Prices are decent and you get fresh food. No stale or old stuff here. It’s a good thing I don’t live closer. If only they could invent donuts that are 0 calories. Then, I would go more often. LoL.

The staff here are always very friendly and so are the regulars. It's a great start to any morning (It doesn't hurt that they have great donuts). I'm usually in and out in about 5 minutes, give or take. Occasionally there will be a larger group that holds up the line, but that's to be expected at any donut place.

It depends on locations I feel... On the way to Florida it was not good at all. They waited for the manger who then came at 5:30 and not 5:00 they were the only thing keeping me, my mom and dad. We were very tired and almost fell asleep at my GGM's Funeral 😢. We ended up leaving and good coffee somewhere else. Sadly, they weren't very good. I wish I had a location for it but I don't. That's all.

Friendly quick service, food and drink was hot and fresh

Its only five stars so i can have this braught to the top. But there is a couple that works there an area coach or gm one of the two. But is dating a regular staff member. And in doing so lets the staff member half *** the orders. coffees wont get stirred his customer service is no where up to par and has asked me how the sandwich i ordered was nade. But if you like black coffee then it shouldnt be a problem. I used to come in twice a day for a coffee but ever since ill show up and if these two are working ill turn right around and leave. Not worth my time to be handed an unstirred coffee in the drive through. To hand it back and ask the dude to stir my coffee take a taste. then hand it back through again because he didnt put a flavor i asked for in it. A cup of coffee shouldnt take two tries to make. And has ruined this location for me.

Dunkin' is my fave. My daughter loves the egg n cheese croissant. She was very pleased with her hot ginger chai tea today. Their service rocked this morning.

Don't know why everyone has a negative review but the 2 store associates were very nice and did a good job. They also made it a fun experience.

Only Dunkin Donuts we've found that actually had 2 everything bagels available too! The Dunkin Donuts in Lexington is always out of them.

I love Duncan but I came up to Louisville from Fl. The Louisville Ky Duncan stores do not make enough blueberry muffins!!! So disappointed. Had to drive way out of my way just to be told “we are out”

I live in Dunkin Donuts Central (Massachusetts) & I’m currently visiting my mother for the holiday. I have been to this DD everyday for the past week and served by Alyssa. Alyssa is one of the best DD employees that I’ve ever encountered. Alyssa is an asset to the DD family and makes each visit a pleasant one. Her professionalism and overall attentivness & dedication to the customer and DD is 2nd to none. Alyssa gets what it means to have a strong work ethic & the company could benefit from her training others to perform in a similar manner.
