Panera Bread

Have not eaten here in a while. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food is here. Sandwich was delicious and hot. Bread was amazing and wonderful. I highly recommend eating here if you want an awesome meal. Staff very nice and helpful.

My parents are 85 & 87 years old. They drive to Panera to get coffee everyday.
They tell me how they are always greeted warmly and always receive exceptional & friendly service!!!! The employees know them. Thank you all for treating my parents with exceptional service & food!!!!!!!!! Angie

A+ for Ann!! She didn't take my order but she made my food and explained that the hold up was trying to find a good avocado. When I told her that I ordered a sandwich that wasn't even supposed to have avocado she gladly remade it for me! Her vibe was so cute! Love that!

I’ve ate at many, many Panera’s and have had good and bad experiences. This was definitely a good experience and the folks were very polite. Highly recommend.

I visit this location often and to me is the better Panera in the area. The staff is very nice and the food is great. I always look forward to coming in the mornings and chatting with the management. They’re so nice.

It was usual Panera. We were a bit disappointed in the outlets for charging your computer or phone while you work. We only found 1! But our food was good. We just couldn’t stay and work like we had hoped.

Easy to order, good food, and calm atmosphere for my meeting.

I am a sippy club member for 12.50 a month. Many drinks are complimentary. On-line discounts and occasional freebies. Today I had med light roast coffee and sliced toasted bagel with butter at no cost. On my way to work, I use the drive thru to get coffee & breakfast (rotating thru all offerings).

The smile and customer service was spectacular. The cashier, manager, and chefs were all very pleasant! On top of the I would typically say that Panera in general has small portions but here it seemed to be much more satisfying! Definitely a great location to visit

I tried the signature chicken sandwich. It was delicious but I should have put mayo on it. It was lacking condiments. I would definitely get it again because of the cheese crisps on it and the brioche bun. Yum!

I visit this location fairly often as it is nearby my church and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is good (some of my favorite restaurant Mac and cheese), and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about Ben and his staff! I ordered on the app and requested delivery. (I have done this many times). So as you probably know, they use DoorDash. I noticed that on my work address the zip was wrong. So I called and spoke with Ben, he said door dash was not able to find me even with the corrected zip. Weird! This made no sense to us. So he said he would figure out how to get me my food and he did. Thanks to Ben and the staff at the Middletown Panera - you rock the customer service and I appreciate it. Plus the food was darn good too!!

Never disappointed. Service is super fast, and the staff is very friendly. The food has always been extremely fresh and delicious. I always use the curbside pickup option and place my order through their app.

The food was great. All of the employees Had masks on. The employees even told people who came into the business without masks on to leave. The people without masks got upset and left. I was so happy to know that this Panera bread cares about saving lives. I will always support this location. Good job.

Clean, consistent with food, always good quality and employees are always polite! The register shut down and was taking too long to restart so the manager came over to the drive thru window and gave us our order for FREE! We thought this was amazing! Something not practiced as often as it should be. We were very appreciative and will continue being a loyal customer!

Everyone at this location is so friendly regardless of time of day! Hillary was a bright smile at the drive thru window during the morning rush today and it was so refreshing! Great job to the team!

The gm is the best food alway French and hot

I am at this Panera frequently and I have always received excellent service here! The employees in the kitchen are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure the food is top notch. Highly recommend this location!
