Love shopping at Sam's!! Store is always clean and the staff are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Somehow, I always, always over spend!! But the have some of the cutest clothes for my great grandbabies!! I love the Carter brand!!

Joined via an offer for $45 shopping credit on a $45 membership. On 7/1.

My first trip as a member. The prices and selection were excellent 👌

I used the scan and go application which allowed me to pay with my card used to join. It gave me a QR code to show at the exit and employee scanned a random item in my cart then I was on my way.

So far I am happy and am looking forward to my next visit.

I almost find everything I need ... tyre and car battery section is good. They are nice people. I replaced my car battery there. They didn't charge anything extra other than the cost of the battery.....they even cleaned battery terminal sockets....

I love shopping here . The rotisserie chickens are a great deal. 5 dollars for a chicken that big is unbelievable, and they are delicious! Super deals on bulk items, too. Their cafe also has great deals, too.

We love shopping at this Sam’s Club location. The service is 5 stars. The Café service is great and their food is always delicious.

Update: I was contacted by store management, with arrangements made to return the defective TV. Experience at the service desk was flawlessly executed by Howell, the Sam's associate on duty.

Purchased a 55inch TV that failed 2 days later. Trash collected between purchase and failure. 90-day return policy requires the box to return. Store manager refused to discuss. Expectation to retain that large of a box seems a bit ridiculous.

Great. Everything was stocked today. There was t-paper, paper towels, sanitizing wipes, meat, all stocked. Very nice.

2/7/23 Super nice. Got a handicapped cart easily. Wasn't packed today. Got everything I went for, and got right out. No lines, and it was 4:30 pm. They were stocked really well.

3/14/24 Did a quick pickup order. It was 5:30 in the evening and they weren't busy at all. It was less than 5 minutes getting my groceries brought out to me. Love it! Great service! Had everything I needed.

I went to the customer service desk today and was treated to a quality experience. I realize that it is the person and not the company that is providing the actual front line service and I want to give a shout out to all three ladies I met at the counter. Great job! I also have to give credit to the hiring manager for making choices in personnel that help to give this particular location a great reputation. Kudos!

Of course I always buy more than I went for. But, great place to shop.

It's been awhile since I just wandered around and shopped. So impressed with tidyness, cleanest and stock.

Had everything I needed in bulk for cheap, I just wish I didn't have to show my Sam's membership card upon entering, clean restrooms I wish the pharmacy stayed open later, if they had more u scans open that would be great, overall quality experience.

You can definitely spend some time in there. Also money, if you don't practice self control. Do you really need 400 dinner rolls? Go in with a plan, or leave with an empty wallet.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful here. I've never had problems getting assistance, nor with finding a close parking spot. The prices are consistently good on all the items I need, usually beating out grocery stores by a pretty wide margin. My membership has paid for itself several times over in the last few months alone.

I love the self checkout. They have added even more recently which makes it so easy. The cashiers are always so nice and friendly. You can't beat the sale prices either. I love how cheap produce and hygiene products are as well as baby needs. We like the sam's plus benefits as well so we get free shipping if it's an online purchase. The gas is super cheap as well.

Very good prices on most any grocery item. Great savings possible for large families with bulk purchases. Some items that are good deals are hard to justify purchasing in bulk for families of just 2-3 size.
Have been greatly satisfied with quality of the fruit and frozen Flatbread pizza. Competitive prices on electronics and other dry goods.

I did a pick up order online at this location. However, I thought I did it at the preston hwy location. Not a single person helped me at preston or even knowledge me sitting there for at least 45 minutes.
When I finally made it to Jeffersontown my order had been canceled, but the young man working this department was so helpful. He didnt make me hunt through the store for my single item. He gave me the order so I could ring out a the counter. He even apologized that no one helped me at the other location. Because of him I got the Christmas gift I ordered, and left knowing my screw up didn’t ruin my night. I was already late to get my child, and he went over and above to help me. Jeffersontown Sams is where I’ll be shopping at intentionally from now on.
Preston HWY you suck!
