Dropped my phone and the screen broke tried to call several different locations only to get an automated 888 #. Found this store to have to only number where I could speak directly to someone. Drove the extra miles here hoping I could leave with a phone tonight and did I ever! Keith, who we now are going to refer to as the GURU, not only got me all fixed up with a new phone but out the door with a price I didn't think possible. He not only was very nice and personable but extremely knowledgeable about the phones, service, and plans. Hands down the best service I have ever had in a Verizon store!!! Very much appreciated!!!!

I can't overstate Shane's exceptional service! He went above and beyond to assist me with updating my phone and ensuring that all my precious data was securely backed up to the cloud. Shane patiently guided me through each step of the process, making sure I understood everything along the way. Not only did he update my phone seamlessly, but he also took the time to answer all of my questions and provided tips to optimize my device's performance.

Ahmad or my helper was very helpful and helped me get my new phone. My old phone was no longer connecting to the network and it took a few minutes to figure out. He was patient and helped me get the device I needed.

I had some trouble working with Verizon online. I was on the phone for two hours and then we got disconnected. Got to the Verizon store here in Middletown and I worked with Andrew who was terrific. He got me a better deal on my phone than on the internet and was great to work with. I left paying 0 in store and got $650 off my new iPhone 15 pro max. 5 stars! Thanks for the help.

Alex was very good at explaining. My bill and what it would look like when getting a new. I'm old school and I like my expenses written out on paper and Alex did just that. Made it easy to get a new phone. 🙌

I had to do a insurance claim today. It was a little complicated but the salesman was patient and helped me to get to the right department and I was able to get something worked out and I'm very happy about that.

These guys are the BEST! Got a new iPhone 15, the iCloud backup turned out a little wonky, but they helped be out with every single issue that came up. I think I talked to every employee there and they were each kind, friendly, and funny! Zack, Charlie, Joe, Bryan, Matt, Daniel, and the guy with the red hair/ beard (missed his name) were all great to work with and helped with each issue until it was resolved!

Yeah my experience at this store have been absolutely fantastic couldn't been better. Very very simple didn't have any problem getting my new phone, the sales representative that I worked with, he recommended this phone, he talked me through it, and it's what I end up getting. Today I came in because my phone has no service I couldn't make a call or receive a call and didn't realize all I should have done was turned it off and turn it back on. Now that should take care of it I men, the next phone I need I will definitely be back to Verizon to get it.

The store was so helpful. I came after being on the phone with tech support for almost 2 hours and unresolved new phone issues. This store was able to help me in 30 minutes and also upgrade my plan to save me money. I'm very appreciative and happy with this location. Will return with my next phone upgrade.

Today's experience at this Verizon store was by far one of the best I have ever had in 20 years. The sales representative was one of the best I ever had. He was punctual, friendly and professional. The customer service and cost savings deal was awesome. It reassured my confidence with Verizon. I definitely be coming back to this store and sales representative again.

Today I took my mothers phone into the Verizon store in Middletown Ky for a speaker problem. I was helped by a very knowledgeable man named Shane who explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He took his time letting me know what my options were and then after choosing to purchase a new phone he made sure that I got the most for my money with the chose of products and the deductibles that he could find!. With having struggles with my phone for a while, I was able to come into this location and be able for it all to be fixed. By having the opportunity to redeem a deal I had, I was able to save a decent amount of money and time. Thank you to the Sales Rep Adam for being to help me. He was great explained everything thoroughly, great, and straight to the point.

Overall couldn't have asked for a better time!
