Starbucks

I do door dash deliveries from thos Starbucks alot each day. They always have an incredibly friendly staff with fantastic and quality serve. I typically do pick ups between 8 to 10a here and can honestly say I've never had an issue with staff there. All friendly, and effective at their work.

Great Starbucks. Delicious pink drink with matcha. Very nice 👍

Always friendly and ready to take my complicated order. Always sinfully delicious and a guilty pleasure twice a week.

Love ordering from here cause they are quick and never have to wait long.

This is the best Starbucks EVER!! They are always very friendly and give excellent service.😊. They have an excellent manager who has great customer service skills, he remembers my name, and I think he’s setting a great example for his staff. His name is Rick, he’s a very valuable asset to this company. And no matter what I order when he makes it it’s always perfect, not too sweet just like I like it. The company needs to take him to other stores to teach them about customer service. We have several stores in our area, but none compare to this store, on Blankenbaker in Louisville. Great job guys, you have the best leader. I hope they pay him enough to stay!!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow! The employees at this store this evening were amazing! As someone who can’t do milk drinks, but wanted something sweet I thought Starbucks. I searched them to find out they closed in less than 10 mins from where I was down the street. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker at probably 1-3 minutes before they closed and they were the sweetest! The gentleman who took our order was so courteous and helpful even as I struggled to speak loud enough into the speaker. Neither worker had a scowl on their face nor attitude in their voice. They were the best! I will 100% be back! To this store- your customer service is superb!

Not too noisy, lots of space, lots of wall plugs to charge up, excellent whole wheat wrap with egg white, feta cheese and spinach. Their food is really good and nice variety.

The one thing about Starbucks is if you get to one that makes the drinks the way they are supposed to be made they are incredible. Sometimes although, some locations just can't do it like the others. This particular store did a fantastic job! If you want your drinks right they can do it!! Makes it worth the high prices.

We went to this Starbucks and went through the drive thru yesterday, 4/17/22, around 6pm. I don’t know the manager who was on duties name, but I do know that she was delightful! My husband jokingly asked for “all the coffee” as we were ordering because we had just survived a day at the zoo with our 5 children. She said she had just the thing for us and gave us a sample of nitro cold brew as we were waiting for our coffee to be made. Such a simple gesture, but it truly lifted our spirits and the coffee helped, too! Nice little caffeine boost that helped us with the 2 hour drive.

So, wonderful management at this location! Truly was such a sweet soul.

Employees are always so nice. They ask you how your morning/day is! They get your order out in a timely manner. I have been going here for years as I work near it and have always had pleasant experiences!! Definitely better than the local shop down the street. Just really great people and service!

Manager Nic makes this location the top in East Louisville in our book! Always a smile and great greeting, efficient group, and never a wrong order.

Best elaborate coffee in the country!! Best elaborate prices in the country!! But if you're a Starbucks fan; it's worthwhile!! Like a bargain priced famous therapist!! Don't knock it if you haven't signed up for their Starbucks Rewards Clinic!!

My coworkers and I frequent this Starbucks quite a bit. We always have a pleasant experience, but no one has stood out enough for me to go out of my way to write a review, until meeting Caleb.
He answered every question we had of the menu without skipping a beat, was so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this Starbucks, and make sure you ask for Caleb!

This location is 100% the best ever! Every time I come in, I immediately feel welcomed by everyone! Whenever I order, they always have a smile on their face which makes my day a whole lot better and also follow with a little small talk like asking how my day is going so far and I love that! I will forever love this Starbucks and will never stop coming in to get my coffee!

Around 5pm I ordered 2 coffees in drive thru and was met with a great smile from lady in window and she was very nice. It’s how they are at this location. Very nice no matter how busy and they were slammed.

Place was very clean and team member Brandon was exceptionally friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It was my first ever visit to Qdoba and because of the interaction with Brandon and the food of course it definitely won't be my last.

I love this location. Not busy today! The barista was nice enough to refund and ring up my order so that it was $20 pretax [for 75 point promo on my app]. The manager does a great job of running this store and retaining staff.

Love chai tea latte at Starbucks. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
