not many people know about this place, but they're super good. the smoothies are huge and delicious for a reasonable price for what you get, not many options but still pretty good, i stop here from time to time.

Excellent experience! Made a trip to downtown Boise to do some shopping and saw Tropical Smoothie Cafe tucked away nicely and decided to stop in! Young lady named Skyler working was polite and friendly, made some recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions! Definitely world class service!

Great place for smoothies, lunch, and breakfast. Lots of healthy options with transparency into calories and ingredients. The smoothie I had tasted excellent. The folks that work here really care and make your experience a very positive one. In one instance, I noticed a customer had forgotten one of the drinks in his order and had left the building. One of the associates literally chased him down among downtown's pedestrian traffic and ensured he got his drink as part of his larger order. This is an excellent example of service to the customer. Also, this cafe has a very civic-minded strategy and supports organizations that make life better for youth in-need (for example, they were raising money for Camp Sunshine when I was there). I highly recommend this cafe for the good quality food and excellent service to both customers and community.

Had an amazing experience in which tried differing smoothies and can say with certainty hey are all good. Moreover if your looking for a particular flavor they can come real close to modifying or creating what you’d desire. We were lucky enough to meet the manager John and what an expert in customer service. I am now newly acquainted into a fantastic new spot that will no doubt flourish within downtown. What I like most is their dedication in making things right and quality of food and service. If you really think about it as a whole most places serve heavy on sugar tropical cafe does not they rely off natural flavors of the fruits and don’t placate their products into something their not. This is an all natural option that brings in an amalgamation of customer service that deserves to be experienced by anyone interested in lunch fare and/or a smoothie anytime of the day. I’m excited to see the line wrap around the block. Thanks so much to John and the team for a great experience!

This is definitely my favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat downtown. It's fast, healthy, and delicious. The staff is always really friendly (like chic fil a level of service) and the manager has remembered my name after the first time I met him. Highly recommended!

Great smoothies! Great prices! Seriously it's a must for anybody in the downtown area.

Sometimes I feel my feminine side come through when I have a smoothie in my hand. But Tropical Smoothie Cafe reminds me with its delicious blends that it’s okay... and it holds me like my father would have.

Staff is incredibly friendly! Food is great for the price and is about at convenient as it gets for being right downtown. Came at peak lunch hour and was out the door in about 5 minutes, great job guys.

Tropical Smoothie Café is one of my goto lunch destinations. Their selection is great, everything from classic smoothies to wraps and bowls to breakfast flatbread! Their customer service is great and the staff is super friendly.

The staff here is awesome. The food isnt anything special but it's great on the run. Great selection of smoothies and they make them good.

Got the southwest chicken wrap for breakfast and it was delicious. Especially for only being 2.99! Easy go to location if you work downtown

Excellent healthy menu and a must visit with the absence of Jamba Juice in the valley. In addition to great smoothies they have excellent food options that are delicious.

I had their southwest wrap with the fake chicken and oh my god it was so good! It was really cheap for the fact I had the fake meat in it, I have never been disappointed with this locations food!

I had a tasty mango berry smoothie ... very friendly staff... quick service ... nice atmosphere and colorful setting...it is highly recommended!!!

Super large delicious fake chicken sandwich. And now, serving real plates..less plastic. In Grove Plaza, where there is always something interesting happening.

Wow...not a big smoothie fan but these are excellent. The most flavorful and their rotating specials are great.

Healthy smoothies. Good prices, even without a coupon (but we try to find one when we go!)
