Alchemist Downtown (Idaho St)

Great coffee and food. The employees are super nice. They’re open early. The only thing I’d shy away from on the food menu is the breakfast burrito- seems premade and not my favorite. The alchemist bar, protein bar, all the toast variations and the cinnamon roll are amazing or look amazing!

The worker here is AMAZING! I could tell she loves her job. She made me a delicious lavender coconut steamer. The shop is very comfortable and clean to sit and relax. Their cinnamon rolls are HUGE! You could feed a family of four with them!

My new go-to coffee shop for working downtown. It's one of the few coffee shops in town with more than adequate seating and power outlets and an inviting atmosphere. I also like that the music is at a manageable volume. I literally feel more at ease and relaxed when stepping into this place.

Alchemist has a variety of food options to try out! Avocado toast, breakfast and lunch burritos, scramble bowls, pastries and more! Enjoy vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Don't be shy and stop on by☕🍪🥑🌯🥪

Foods usually pretty great. There are a few exceptions but it's generally one of my favorites. Cinnamon rolls are immaculate. The employees are always friendly, even if I walked in on one of them in the bathroom. The vibes really do make the shop though. Decoration, lighting, everything is all very stylized and amazing.

The Treasure Valley NEEDS places like this. Such a unique environment. The coffee was great, the cinnamon roll was the best I’ve ever had, and the person who made my coffee was so kind. Support your people, Boise!

Not only is the coffee and drink selection on point. The food is great, vegan options are delicious. The space is just as cool and inviting as their other locations. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Not just another coffee shop, craft coffee. Definitely a new hang out/work place.

So excited The Alchemist is now in Eagle! The customer service here is unbeatable, the coffee is best in the valley, and such a variety of food options (including vegan!). Such good vibes all around!

This is the third Alchemist location I’ve visited and it’s just as cute as the others! I love the trendy artwork adorning the walls. My hibiscus tea was delicious!

Ninna and the staff are just phenomenal. Personal, thoughtful and provide a great community. Great atmosphere for writing, exceptional beverages, and comfortable aesthetics. A family of writers/students favorite.
