Buscuits were moist and fluffy.
The portions are big so come with an appetite.
The vibe is quiet yet busy. Not too busy but can see potential to get busy later.
Good selection of meals.
Customer service from the greeter to the waiter was prompt, courteous and helpful.
The restaurant is clean and the layout is neat.
Would definitely recommend the Taste Cafe.

Love the great quotes on the wall. The food was delicious. I truly enjoyed my omelet and my friend enjoyed her breakfast sandwich. The kids ate all of their food which is amazing. We will definitely return.

Today was our third visit to Taste Cafe in Half Moon bay. Another great experience. The waiter was prompt and friendly. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Oh and the coffee some of the best restaurant coffee I have had. If you're looking for a place to grab some breakfast while you're in the area we highly recommend Taste Cafe. They do good business so there is a brief wait at times...especially on weekend mornings. They get you in and seated pretty quickly.

My wife and I recently stopped here for breakfast on our way back to the Sacramento area, and this place did not disappoint. Great service, and a very clean environment set the tone for breakfast. As a California native and someone thats eaten Mexican breakfast a million times, the Chilaquiles Rancheros was the best we've ever had. We didn't get to try the Belgium waffles, which looked amazing, but maybe next time. Great place 👌

10/10! No wait to get a table, friendly staff, clean nice place, quick service ordering and getting our food. Good coffee and amazing food. Our family got the breakfast burrito, strawberry belgian waffle, biscuits & gravey, and BLT sandwich. Dad says it's the best breakfast burrito he's ever had, and i agree. Definitely will be back again! Next time we'll try the smoked salmon benedict and mimosa flight.

Amazing find! We had just arrived in town and wanted a quick lunch and happened upon this place in a shopping plaza. The decor is awesome, the menu is huge and the food was phenomenal! My husband ordered the chicken club and I had the veggie sandwich. Both were so delicious. Huge plates! We are going back for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a 15-min wait Sunday 11AM. Totally worth it. Obviously my cousin drops by quite often. He ordered “the same old” and they knew exactly what he wanted. The service was amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

Two of has breakfast this morning. The service was excellent with a cheery and enthusiastic server. We got a Mexican breakfast dish chilaquiles which was awesome. The food came out quickly and the presentation was great. Dish was tasty unusual and we really liked it. They get a shout out for making me a mocha latte. Great breakfast.

Holy cow!!! What a cool place. I was a little concerned about the size of the menu - it's HUGE. But the omelets arrived (piping hot!) and the food was fantastic. My partner says "this is the best omelet I've ever had!" She had the House Omlet. I had the Shrimp Omelet. Both were amazing. Stop here for breakfast. You're not likely disappointed.

We got the veggie omelette and strawberry waffles. The waffle was absolutely amazing. Just the right amount of sweetness. Would definitely visit again and get the waffles for sure

Exceeded my expectations. Casual atmosphere and family friendly. It’s so rare to find a solid breakfast spot with variety and quality.

Pancakes are super fluffy. Chilaquiles were on point. Service was frequent and friendly.

Highly recommend this place. Small store front with big portions and great service. My hubby had the El Patron Eggs Benedict with hashbrowns, I had the Moon Omlet with whole eggs instead of egg whites & a side of home potatoes & gluten free toast.

Every bite was splendid and we ate too much, but it's not like eggs make good leftovers and we feel bad when we waste food. We rolled out feeling fat & full 😊.

Everything is great here. My personal favorites are the Eggs Benedict of all variations. We have many other foods here in the last couple years. All great. Very good service, too.

You won't be disappointed, has a homely vibe to it and the food is unbelievable. I had the el patron benedict and it was sooooo tasty. One of the best meals I've had during this holiday.

The menu looks fantastic! Chilaquiles are my thing…if I go somewhere and see them on the menu I have to ask how they are made and if they are good. My waiter said “Best in the west!” Well, no one has answered with that before so I laughed and ordered them. OMG it was no joke, I enjoyed every single bite! Love that they were different with a meat sauce. If you are a Chilaquiles fan you must order these ❤

Great food, I loved their chilaquiles rancheros made with red sauce and chorizo and my wife order a crepe filled with ham, cheese and egg. Service was great and the food as well.
