Dunkin'

I have been placing a mobile order Monday through Friday for probably about a month now. They have never once screwed up my order and they always have my order ready for me in a very timely fashion. Every now and again I get stuck in the drive-through line because of the rush but I know that I can avoid that by just going inside and picking up my drink and it’s not the fault of the employees by any means. The coffee is pretty good and everybody is always smiling and uses their manners. I love coming to Dunkin in the mornings!

Always loved Dunkin Donuts, and visiting this one was just as pleasurable as the last I have visited! There was a lone Male working this morning by himself and from the time I walked in to the time I was walking out I was greeted and welcomed by this young man and even told to have a nice day, which is rare too hear from some nowadays! Coffee was hot and fresh and my A.M. breakfast wrap was also fresh! Good customer Service is hard to find these days, but if you stop here I'm sure you'll find it as much as I did!

I need to give a big shout out to a business that does not always shine in Oconomowoc.

Yesterday, I held an event and had ordered 11 dozen donuts through our food service company. When I arrived to set up the event, donut holes had been delivered. I had 53 kids and families expecting full size donuts and I was not about to see 53 4 year old faces disappointed.

A quick call to Dunkin' Donuts seeing if they could accommodate that size of an order in 30 minutes and they were more than helpful! They had boxes of assorted donuts waiting with extras just in case. They even gave me a discount.

Great newer management and staff. Coffee is always consistently made well and tastes great. Service is great. When busy, they are apologetic if it’s a bit slower.

They made us great iced coffee. Fast drive through experience as we were just passing through and needed a pick up! They also honor military discounts at this store.

The employee who helped my partner and I was lovely. He recommended a caramel latte to me, and it was delicious. He was very upbeat and friendly.

Converted from a green mermaid fan to a Dunkin fan! Sunday crew makes your food with love. They are the best!
