Amazing service from Melissa. I enjoyed the friendly nature and professionalism I received from the sales staff. She managed to answer all of my questions and was super knowledgeable. I fully recommend this store.

Sons phone broke and needed that day because of waiting for important calls. Went to store and Dylan helped us. He was great. He gave us the best deal possible. Was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. First bill is always wrong with at&t. Not with him. That is a first. It was in the range he said. Will continue to use him as our at&t person to use. If need help, go see him. You wont be disappointed.

The crew at AT&T on Grand Cailou Road was Awesome! Even when it was busy all the techs was attentive and assisting all the clients in the store.They were helping us with everything we needed with our New Phones Purchases . Noah, Jason, Dylan, and Mellisa or Great Techs and have great customer service and a lot of knowledge about their jobs. They or Easy to Deal with and Very Helpful from start to finish.

The store manager himself took the time to assist my husband and I. We were treated like family with the highest level of professionalism. This is the absolute first time that we had felt like we really were valuable customers. Having down to earth representatives associate with and understanding the customer’s needs is the pillar of an excellent company in the making. If there were more people like Mr. Jason, this company would run more smoothly and customer issues would be nearly nonexistent. It was an honor to be served by someone who actually understood our needs and made sure we were able to get the most out of our customer experience while in store. Not only was the customer service in the store THE example of how this company should operate, the store was the cleanest I had ever seen in a while. I would drive as far as I did any day in order to insure the best customer experience possible. Thank you for assisting us with our purchase.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful but one person exceeded my expectations. Dustin Parfait not only helped my bill go down $100 but also made me feel like family and not only a customer. 10/10 recommend this store and to ask for Dustin. He will definitely go above and beyond for your at&t needs.

I was having a problem with my old, old IPhone. I walked in this store not really thinking of buying a new phone. Immediately upon entering, one of the employees, Noah, asked what he could help me with. He checked out my phone confirmed my problem and I asked about new phones. He was sharp, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, explaining my options and I purchased a new phone. It was the first time I’ve encountered that kind of professionalism in a long time. The entire crew at the store was upbeat and I enjoyed the experience. Kudos to the store manager who can keep this level of enthusiasm going.

I went in for an upgrade and Dustin was very quick to greet and help me as soon as I walked in the door. Even helped me save money on my monthly bill. Very satisfied customer, Highly recommended.

Dexter deserves a raise! Whatever he makes, it's not enough because he was AMAZING, especially after the horrible and extremely rude experience I had at the other AT&T store (across town on MLK Blvd). We tried the one on Grand Caillou and I'm so glad we did.
Dexter was VERY helpful to me in choosing a new phone after several years with the same brand that is no longer supported by AT&T. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the various choices and was very patient yet efficient in his dealings with me. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Thanks to Dexter, you have one VERY satisfied customer!
