Daniel and Sergio are the Best 🙌😊. My phone pad and contacts weren't there in my phone. I went there this afternoon and they both were very helpful and professional 😊🙌👍😉 they know what they are doing. I purchased my phone from this location as well. They are Awesome!!!💃👏 the whole team is Awesome there. Thank you so much for fixing the problem😉😊🙌 and Exceptional customer Service!

Had a great experience under the help of ERIC, the store manager. Although it was very busy, he worked professionally under pressure and handled our needs and those of others wonderfully. Very attentive, accommodating, and quality customer service!

Y’all need to come in here Black Friday or not and deal with ROBERTO mobile expert! He was so helpful in getting my wife and I on a plan that saved us hundreds! Roberto needs to be taken care of! Give him a rise or bonus! He truly made this experience one that will always be shared by me to others. Roberto is a great keeper of the brand! ✌🏼

10/10 would highly recommend! I haven't been into a physical T-Mobile store since I was in high school but my phone wouldn't let me receive or place calls. I arrived a little before they opened at 10am and Daniel was there to greet me with a smile. Daniel was very FRIENDLY, super THOROUGH with what steps we were taking to fix the issue, and just genuinely seemed concerned with my phone issue. Daniel also made sure he attended to the other customers that came in and needed assistance while still checking on me and my crazy phone to ensure I wasn't just sitting and waiting. I wish all stores had a Daniel. Thank you again for your help this morning!

My visit was met with excellent customer service. I switched from ATT for a better plan and Annette was awesome! Arrived at 11:00am and I had all my information from ATT. Annette had me out of TMobile within 50 minutes. Great service! I will only come to this TMobile when needed… :)

I visited the store because I upgraded my daughter’s phone online and was not able to activate the new phone. After about 5 hours on chat & phone with customer service they were not able to activate the phone. Jay Dukes was friendly and professional. He assured us that he would have the phone working. In less than 20 minutes he was able to activate the new phone. Thank you TMobile for employees like Jay who are knowledgeable and know how to treat their customer!

My experience with Roberto was a smooth process . I came in stressed out about my phone not working. He found a solution to my problem . Now I can keep my t- mobile service . Thank you Roberto 😊

Excellent customer service each time I have visited this location. Very accommodating staff! Ariana Viva, T-Mobile mobile expert was exceptional and she is high valued amongst other customers as well that she assisted with. I highly recommend dealing with this location for your mobile needs.

That was easy! It was such a stress-free switch at this T-Mobile location. Naisha answered my long list of questions without any pressure. We switched, and have gotten our first bill. It is exactly the $170 even (including taxes) that they promised (4 Lines, 5G). This is definitely better than my welcoming $450 first bill when I had previously switched to Verizon. I want to add that it was evident that the employees there worked well as a team. During our visit, we saw them leaning over and helping each other out.

Went into T-Mobile and had an amazing experience with Ariana. She helped me do necessary changes to my account and did it with so much ease.

I highly recommend this store. Don’t be afraid to come in they are super clean, log you in, and make sure to service you correctly without waiting too long.

Absolutely amazing service! Reminds me why I love being a T-Mobile customer. Ariana, our rep, was funny and helped us resolve our issue quickly. She was super patient and friendly! Just had a great experience here! Drove from Loganville and it was well worth it. Simone (manager) runs an efficient operation and wait time was way less than I expected on Christmas Eve. Ariana who helped me was a sweetheart - you should ask for her!

I'm a sprint customer but kids just got new phones with T-mobile Sim cards. So I went to this T-mobile and Daniel was amazing. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very very patient with my kids and myself. THANKS SO MUCH DANIEL!
