Panera Bread

Not being familiar with the area after being gone for a very long time, and dealing with the navigation in the car, I finally found this place. However, it was worth it! We got the Asian Crunch and Chicken Fuji Apple Salads. They were delicious. Even at lunchtime, very fast service. Highly recommend both of these salads.

At this location they always get my order right, have world class customer service always. Today the manager helped me with an online order where I made a mistake. I thank him for excellent customer service!

There is a young lady there name Weng. She helped me with an order that I made online supposed to pick up in another location, the cashier was about to charge me again for a new order but she stood up and saw my frustration and helped me to switch my order in this location. Sweet girl. God bless her.

We love Paneras breads and pick 2 meals. Always a go-to for us.

Clean, fast, correct order and they offer the touch pad ordering so there's no need to wait in line. I also really like their new tea options and I'm not a big tea drinker.

The location has really bad Verizon mifi/wifi signal (if that's something that you use). My computer ran incredibly slow online. This isn't to knock panera it's just good to know if you're there to get some work done and are relying on a Verizon mifi card over their public wifi.

I ordered my food with whom I assumed is a new employee. She had another employee standing near helping with questions. The cashier did a great job. When I received my Togo order the MOD took the recipe and checked through the bag to make sure everything was there. When I got home I unpacked my bag for my family and everything was there. Good Job everyone

One of my favorite Panera locations, super efficient service (which can’t be said about every location). They stay on top of coffee, gets replaced without me having to tell them they ran out.

Casual dining, also a place to just hang out in comfortable chairs. High quality food with healthy ingredients. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Great soups here.

Today I ordered a beef with carmalised onion sandwich and a chocolate pastry. That’s the best sandwich they have in my opinion. I also like the French onion soup but didn’t order it today. Panera Bread has been around for years because they offer tasty and healthy meals, nice ambiance and best pastries and bread!! And no I’m not a paid critique, I’m just a loyal customer for years!

It was wonderful I just left there the beautiful young lady got order wrong and they fix me another with no problem and let me take other sandwich home to my grandson I truly appreciate those guy's the manager and all.

Had an excellent experience here. The most professional, friendly employees helped me place an order (it's been a couple of years since I've eaten at a Panera Bread!), plus recover my old Panera account. The cream cheese I got was fresh and cold, the bagels were delicious, altho a bit dry because they were bought at the end of the day. They were redeemed when toasted and spread with butter and cream cheese. Yum. Highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is quaint, as well.

Carina’s customer service was extraordinary! She helped me understand the menu and helped me decide what I would get and it was delicious! She greeted me with a smiling face and a very warming welcome to Panera! Definitely will be back and I hope I am able to be served by Carina again!
