We were in the area from another part of the state when our car battery decided that it was done being a battery. It was freezing out and we had no tools with us. Dyshier, James and their boss all went out of their way to help us pull the old one (the nuts were rusted and took forever to loosen) and install the new. 100% above and beyond.

Had to stop in here for a couple things, store is big, well organized but even when you know what you're looking for it's hard to find things when you're inexperienced! A young man came flying from behind the counter, must've seen me wandering in the aisle, asking if I needed help, he located the items I needed, pointed me towards the cashier and I was outta there in minutes! Now that's excellent customer service... and with a smile. Delightful! I will return to this store again and again because of that friendly service, that's all it takes. Would highly recommend this store, the staff is willing to help and can answer all your questions, stop in today!

I came in an hour before closing and they changed my car battery for me! Steven was so helpful and nice, I appreciate his persistence with my difficult battery change. I would definitely come back here again.

The staff here are always so kind and knowledgeable. Scott rocks! He helped me figure out which windshield wipers would be best for my car and offered to replace them for me! He did, and while doing so he even took the time to teach me how to do it myself. I only paid for the wipers themselves and he wouldn't accept my tip. Thank you, Scott!

Very helpful. They took my dead motorcycle battery and tested it and told me it was still good and just needed to be charged. Then they charged it for me for 2 hours. All for FREE and the battery wasn't even bought from them. Very helpful staff.

Friendly staff, good service and a clean store. They're all so gracious enough to give me a 10% courtesy discount for my volunteer status. Would definitely recommend this location over the Selden location just because of the general atmosphere.

Super friendly and accomodating staff. Needed supplies for an oil change 5 minutes before close. They pulled it from the shelf and had it ready for me when I arrived

Called me within 5 mins of completing my parts order on line and said parts were pulled and ready for pick up. The man and woman at the counter super polite and had me in and out within 5 minutes. Advance Auto didn’t have this heater bypass valve in any store. Good autozone experience except the part was too expensive. Could have gotten it 35% cheaper if willing to wait a few days.

Blown away by the service! Frank was absolutely spectacular. My wife and I were out on our date night when we noticed our headlight went out. We stopped in to Autozone and Frank found the headlight and when asked I asked for help Frank installed it as well. This place will always have my patronage and it's because of people like Frank.

Before heading to the mechanic shop to be charge for it. This location is my go place for free check light engine.

Had a great experience at autozone today. Phil and Haytham stayed after close to help figure out my brake light issue I’ve been having for a 2 weeks and they were able to fix it. All I can say is thank youuuuuu. They were so nice and helpful throughout the process I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone I know.

I showed up here right before closing yesterday trying to buy and change a blown headlight. Not knowing what I was doing I mistakenly went thru a couple bulbs that weren't the right make/model for my headlamp. The tall African American gentleman(wish I caught his name) who rang me up (a cple times bc I'm an idiot) saw me having difficulty in the parking lot, grabbed his tools and helped me fix the issue despite it being well after closing at this point and my car being very temperamental. Gotta love people like that. He is a solid, awesome guy and I am so incredibly thankful for his patience and selflessness.

Pay the extra money like 5 to 7 dollars to get the life time warranty brakes its saved me so much money. Parts are not cheap so online is the best way to go for new but there maintenance items like oil and brakes plus fluids are about the same
