The staff was super inviting but the real deal was the girl behind the register. She blessed me with her genuine kindness. I gave her too much money and she just politely gave it back. I needed to do an exchange with my boots for the fire department bought the wrong kind from a different sporting good. when I arrived at the Matthew store I had great customer service i was greeted at the front door. Received help right away in the footwear department bye Tyler. Cashier was vary nice and helpful 👍 I definitely will be back.

Regi was spot on. My son and I came here shopping for cross country shoes. The other shoe clerks were helping other Customers. Regi was walking by and stepped right in to make sure that my son I were taken care of and got the correct size. No rush, Great Service, everyone we came across greeted us. Great job

Spoke to Candi prior to arriving about certain items she pulled them for me. When I arrived they were waiting for me. Met Candi and thanked her for great and personal service.

Went here to pick up a pair of cleats for my son for football because he outgrew his last pair. We wanted the black and gold to match his school colors, and our associate that helped us (hykeem) was extremely helpful and polite. He checked multiple stores near us and looked online to see if we could have them delived to our home. We could not find them in his size so we ended up getting the black and silver. If the manager/owner of this store reads this, please give hykeem a raise! He did an amazing job and was super polite. Attributes that are hard to come by these days.

Great selection of hunting and survival knives. I picked up a Smith & Wesson knife with sheath. I went looking for a shirt but found other quality goods.

Had an issue with an item I purchased ending up not to be available. Tim made sure to contact me to make me aware of the situation and then went way above and beyond to rectify the situation!!

I can only speak on the experience I had today in the shoe department. The staff was very helpful and on point. After an earlier experience I had today at another outdoor store their staff was a breath of fresh air.
