Wholesome Cafe in Cottonwood

I never thought I'd give 5 stars to a vegan tuna wrap, but here we are. It was so tasty, I'm thinking I'd like to try to figure out what exactly vegan tuna is made from and make some myself! Food takes time to prepare, but so do all good things. Will come here again next time I'm in town.

Wow. My wife and I stopped in while in Cottonwood after a shopping haul at Walmart. This little shop is so quaint and inviting. The girls working there make you feel so welcomed and aware of the specials of the day. My wife and I enjoyed two gluten free wraps and absolutely loved them. The hummus spread is out of bounds. We will certainly return and try more on the menu.

Great place; lots of vegan options. They do get slammed and sometimes you can tell the mood affects the staff. However, I love the owner and the organic food choices. It's a bit different than the previous place- a few things I miss like building my own salad. Also certain dressings. However, there are some new things too that are yummy. I also appreciate cane sugar has been taken out of things. 👏

They have reaaaaally good espresso here. If you are picky about your coffee, you'll like it here. Top 3 I've ever tasted.

For reference I don't get any flavors or sweeteners most of the time. Just plain espresso 👍

Great staff, incredible healthy meals, highly recommend the vegan tuna wrap on the gf wrap, the tropical açaí and the passion smoothie everything was incredible! Cozy atmosphere. They have it figured out.

My GPS discovered this great little restaurant for me! I had the half vegan tuna and half hummus wrap, and I will definitely be back here again until all my friends. This is a great find. I can’t believe I didn’t know it was here all this time😍

Staff are attentive and very friendly. Food is very healthy and really good. Small town, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Turmeric golden latte (we had it without espresso, & they added ginger, cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne), veggie soup, salad box w/pinto beans & quinoa (with avocado, tomato, onion & cilantro), wholesome waffle, avocado toast and a chocolate coconut muffin made with rice flour. Everything was amazingly delicious, the music (reggae) was fun and the service was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

The food was good and filling. The ambience was nice and the staff was really courteous. This is one the first "vegan" food that we are having around here and was really nice. Plus we got peanut cream filled cookies, although I don't know the name of it :) Overall, must try!

The Best Honey Lemon Tea. I like it hot! And I am a coffee drinker. food is fresh and tasty. Great place to sit and chat with a friend Owner and staff very pleasant and conversational

So glad we stopped by! House made almond milk was great in the cold brew, wholesome waffle with plant based butter made it vegan and gluten free and they had multiple vegan muffin options— so good!! All of the employees were very kind and accommodating

After an extended hiatus due to a mixture of life events...... today my taste buds and gut flora rejoice!
This is hands down my favorite location in The Wood. I won't disclose all the secrets of my visit, however know I was treated with the utmost kindness and received phenomenal customer service that was truly above and beyond.
No need to travel into the Sedona traffic to be sated body, mind and soul. Wholesome has it all.

Such a high quality small organic food Cafe ... we love to come and enjoy their dedication ... I even prefer eating there to going to Sedona

That was the best avocado toast I’ve ever eaten. Everyone here is soooo nice and outgoing! The smoothies are also top tier!

Man I have been livin in a hole when I shoulda been livin’ in this Wholesome Cafe 😎 Quite pleased with the selection and pricing of such quality food. Service is beyond love. Until today, I’ve always missed my intended opportunity to grab something from here. I got the Coconut Craze today. I’m stoked!!! So yummy! I’m so excited I found a place with healthy foods and smoothies. Now I know I will put you on my weekly eats! 10/10
