I clumsily spilled my drink in the car as I was leaving the parking lot, making a large mess all over my floorboard. 2 employees saw me cleaning up and came over to help, hosing off my floorboard protector and giving me wipes and napkins. They remade my drink for me as well. Turned my bad day around very quickly! Thank you so much!

I've been coming to this location for a few months now. The staff is so friendly and my drinks are made correctly every time I come here.. I've had a few issues w other locations but by far this location is the best! I order the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and it's beyond delicious 😋

JoJo is the best! My boyfriend tried the cinnamon Carmel nitro for the first time and JoJo assured him it was good but if he didn’t like it we could come back through and they’d make him something else. Which he didn’t have to because it was amazing! Amazing customer service! Definitely not something you get often anymore

The barista was awesome and very cheerful! It was a great experience on a very busy free holiday cup day!

3 different customers came and in and Isiah the barista knew them by name and was asking them for updates on specific things they had going on all while working at a lightning pace

Love the open atmosphere here. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Service is always great even if they make a faux pas they're quick to fix it. Drinks are always delicious whether you go in or get them in the drive-thru. Thanks for the great service!

My favorite local Starbucks! Even when busy, the baristas are always friendly & know their regular customers. I don’t know how they do it, but these baristas handle the pressure really well!

Very clean and and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! Definitely our favorite Starbucks!! 🥰 One of the workers even brought over a cracked cake pop because it couldn’t be sold and gave it to our son it made his whole morning!

Conveniently located next to our hotel. Staff were all friendly and cheerful. We were there at 6:30 am and the drive thru was quite busy. We went inside to order and were the only ones there. Very clean tables noted.

Ever since opening, this Starbucks has had such great service. It’s been quick, staff has been fantastic and the building is so clean and chic. I love that they make our toddler feel so special with the chocolate milk they make him. “I drink coffee like you!”

Brand new location and it is much better than the old one. Much more accessible from the interstate and much more airy inside. The bathrooms were very neat and tidy and the general cleanliness was above average.

My drink was hot and correct and the baristas were very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely be stopping here again when we pass through the area.

I love starbucks and I have Friday morning coffee every week! The staff here are so so sweet and fun. It doesn't matter if its 6 am or 6 pm, they are always cheery and welcoming. Who knows...maybe I am biased but they seem to make the best tasting coffee:) Great job!

I used to go to the one across the street but the parking lot is a complete DISASTER and could potentially be a safety hazard. My drink isn’t always made the same way and I get the SAME drink every morning.
So I now go to the new one, I mobile order and can either go through drive through or walk in if I’m running late and the drive through line is longer (because I am running late lol what 5 minutes does).
I enjoy everyone there ☺ My favorite person there is Jacob!!!! He has an infectious personality, I appreciate him starting my day off with positive vibes!!! Thank you Jacob!!! Keep up the greatness!!!

Drive thru team was excellent. Emma was an absolute ray of sunshine! Exiting this location is easier than the other location south of this one.

A welcome addition to Brownsburg, this new store has a lot more seating, is more open and has a newer more trendy design. The crew has settled in giving excellent service and perfect drinks. Parking is ample though I don't recommend trying to turn left' going north, during rush hour.

As a truck driver we appreciate the kindness we received today, we came through the drive way bobtail(no trailer) (unable to fit thru the drive thru) & a barista came out and took our order and brought it out to us.
We appreciate the kind service during this time of.uncertainty.

This was my first time to this one. The speed was fast and the person working the window was very friendly. I will be back again!!
