Nice service excellent services and offers, they give you the chip for free and they also give you a cell phone just by paying the tax, it is a very good offer I recommend it

Came in a little late Friday 5/12, store was a little busy but very little wait. Isaac helped guide me through the process of upgrading my old phone to the BEAUTIFUL S23 Ultra. T-Mobile was also offering the new Galaxy Watch 5 for free basically with the upgrade. Issac helped with the tedious process of applying the screen protector and the case, as well as setting up the watch. Friendly and fast service, surrounded by some good restaurants for afterwards.

If you're out there Isaac, enjoy your weekend and I'll be back for that speaker, lol!

I came in the other day because I couldn’t get a hold of anybody at customer service over the phone and the wait was too long! I needed more information on my upgrade for my iPhone, pricing, what I’m able to get etc. and the girl with the long nails I believe her name was Marlo was super helpful! She answered all my questions and showed me what I was eligible for quick and easy. I made her a promise to write her a 5 star review because I appreciate great customer service! I will be back soon for my upgrade at this location. Great customer service goes a long way 😊 Thanks again!

I was experiencing "technical difficulties" in transferring the contents of my older phone to my newer one after all the hype over the new cardless system. Long story, short, I had to carry the unit into a physical location to have someone take a look and see what they can do. Eh, guy at the counter couldn't do anything I hadn't already tried. However, the manager did something, and this had the desired effect. What that was was not revealed to me, which was why I was there, but I am glad they got the problem fixed.
I do appreciate this greatly, but.. Would still like to know how they got past all the locked screens to these particular settings..
Have officially been a customer for the month of June. I have been through a lot of B.S. with [previous carrier bought out]* and thus far, besides this hic up, can say I am a satisfied customer.

Aj helped me out, great sale, very friendly. I had an amazing time, very knowledgeable and very smart.

AJ helped me out very well. He was able to answer all of my questions. A very helpful and friendly person, with a great personality. He is very charismatic and deserves a raise. My experience at T-mobile was amazing. The best customer service and I will definitely ask for AJ when coming back to T-mobile.

My mom went to this location a couple of nights ago and had an awesome experience! She has spoken so highly of this store everyday since then. Mi-lo and AJ assisted her with every single thing she needed and had questions about. She also said that maintained their support for every single customer that walked in and an awesome time frame. She said up until the last moment right before closing they were still welcoming customers and truly helping them with no rush! I just want to say thanks again to AJ and Mi-lo for assisting my parent and being patient with them! Thanks!

First coming into T-mobile I was feeling very overwhelmed with unanswered questions that I had. Aj was very helpful and charismatic and patient. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions which helped me have a clearer mind. I had the best experience at T-mobile with Aj and I was able to leave with peace. 10/10!

A.J is AMAZING!! I had to get a new phone/line added to our plan and A.J was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and just nice & pleasant. I will not go to any other T mobile store again. The manager Makeda is also super nice and helpful. The wait was not too long and the store is well kept. If I could do 10 stars I’d do it. I highly recommend it.

I went into the store to ask about my account and the young lady with the long finger nails, I believe her name was Marlow was very helpful. She was very kind and even helped me with with my phone. If you go into this location I recommend the girl with the long fingers nails.
